Dear editor!
Your magazine came my way completely by accident - I was pleasantly surprised, and even bowled over by the information I gleaned about the women's movement in Russia. I now understand that I knew very little about our national history, and had unjustly thought the ideas of liberation to be an exclusively western influence. It was a pleasure to know that in our country too there existed societies, organizations and initiatives. I have to say, this theme is not sufficiently developed in contemporary discussion, often treated one-sidedly by reporting on primarily scandalous personalities (like the heroines of the program "I myself"), and the essence of the problem escapes the attention of the listener. I think your efforts can help not only my fellow journalists, but also many thinking professionals to take a new look at their attitudes towards "the question of women" and to find out many useful facts. I wish you good luck!

Dear respected colleagues of the international women's magazine, "We/Myi,The
Women's Dialogue." We thank you for the interesting and useful magazine, and for how competently and accurately you understand the urgent problems of contemporary society. We receive your magazine through different social organizations, which bring informational material from Moscow about activities of women's organizations. Concern about this issue in the Volgograd region is very great. This can be seen, for example, in the activities of our "social library" work, where the theme of women, their rights, problems, the women's movements, and so forth, is also significant, [as in your magazine]. We too consider it important and necessary to raise questions pertaining to the problems of women, and their rights to participate in the seminars and informational meetings that we organize. Your magazine is very helpful to us in this work, as it is to the activities of other organizations whose work is primarily in the social and human rights sphere.
Respectfully,
Elena Shatokhina
Executive Director of the Volgograd Center of Support NKO
Dear magazine co-editors,
Again Tatiana Yushina appeals to you. Issue number 6 of your magazine became for me a true present. There was a regular meeting of our women's organization "Tatiana," to which our friend Galina Skorokhodova came, and she brought a copy of your magazine. It literally gave me wings, and I decided to submit a proposal for a series of vignettes titled "Portrait of a Contemporary Woman." There are so many interesting and talented people around. On January 30th, the "Tatiana" organization marks its 2nd anniversary. Dear editors, we would be very happy to count you among our guests. We have much to share and tell about ourselves. With respect and admiration,
Tatiana Yushina

Dear, intelligent women, all, who make this remarkable magazine - Hello!
I -Tatiana Andreyevna Ryaboshapka -- head the social union "Foundation of Women-Entrepreneurs in Ust-Ilimsk." On the 6th of December I returned from the USA, where I was for nearly one month attending the program "Collaboration of the Professional Union" of the social organization "Project: Harmony." But that is a separate and serious discussion. I'll say one thing: I'm 54 years old and I returned feeling as though I were 30! That was the effect! And on the following day, in the mail I received an entire packet of magazines. And what magazines! I can't tear myself away. Why did we not know of you earlier? I am sincerely appreciative of those who found the occasion to familiarize us with these magazines. Forgive the excited letter, but I am still under the effect of my trip in the US and of the best magazine for women, "We/Myi."
T.A. Ryaboshapka
