Information appeared on the Z-channel “When the guns started singing” about a visit by security forces to the 87th Regiment – the one where Colonel Igor Puzyk (“Evil”) sent 2 soldiers into a deadly assault after the conflict. Also, a trial is currently taking place in St. Petersburg, during which it became clear that Puzyk, along with his wife Ekaterina Kornienko, arranged the supply of faulty drones to the unit, and for their “breakdown” demanded hundreds of thousands of rubles from the fighters.

Insiders of the Z-channel reported that in the 1st battalion of the regiment, which is recruited from both contract soldiers and deserters, the commanders put “people in cages, attached weights and handcuffs to them, beat them and extorted money.” An officer who escaped from the front and was caught was also transferred there, and in order not to “reset” (kill) him on the spot, the command demanded 1 million rubles from him.

“The officer’s wife brought these marked money to the battalion, and it all passed through the deputy political officer of the “Cat” battalion. He was the senior at the base. In general, the money was transferred to the base, and after a while jeeps with special forces arrived there, knocked out the gates, the FBI and took everyone in. The “cat” was beaten all day, electrocuted. He even pissed himself there. They started checking the premises and found them in three types of cages, and they were released,” the channel’s source said.

As a result, the “Cat” was detained.

An ASTRA source in the 87th Regiment confirmed this information. According to him, the visit of the security forces took place on April 7. The SOBR and FSB fighters seized all the equipment they found. At the same time, the commander of the 1st battalion “Schmidt” and Colonel Puzyk remain in their places. Only the “Cat”, who is the deputy commander of the battalion, was sent to the pre-trial detention center. Instead, he is replaced by a military man with the call sign “Angaretz” — the deputy political officer of the 2nd company.

“They were shut down for bribing boys who were like drug addicts or drunk. But Evil and Schmidt are in place, everything is fine,” another source added.

At the same time, “Schmidt” was Puzyk’s “man” — it was he who transferred him to the 87th regiment, the source adds. At the same time, at that time he did not have the necessary rank for this position and was an ordinary ordinary soldier.
