The Yabloko party branch in Saratov reported a serious violation during the vote count at Precinct Election Commission (PEC) No. 155. An observer recorded a video showing commission members counting 69 votes for Yabloko candidate Sergey Lubtsov. However, the PEC’s final protocol recorded only three votes for him.
Lubtsov has already filed a complaint with the Kirovsky District Territorial Election Commission (TEC), demanding that the election results at PEC No. 155 be annulled. The commission did not recount the ballots, while two observers confirmed that the original count was 69 votes.
Four Yabloko candidates ran for the State Duma in single-member districts in Saratov Oblast. According to the official results, three of them received less than 1% of the vote, while Ksenia Chernova received 1.06%.
