In Komi Republic, criminal investigation begun on man spraying gas into an Orthodox church

On January 17^th spraying gas inside Ukhta’s Orthodox church.

A 57 year-old resident of the city was detained under suspicion of committing the crime. The suspect was held in custody by means of a recognizance not to leave town.

The man did not explain the reason behind his action, but did not deny it.
