Russian state media says Poroshenko and Satan are in cahoots

A media outlet under the umbrella of Rossiya Segodnya, a news agency created by Vladimir Putin in December 2013, published and quickly deleted a column by staff writer Mikhail Pasichnyk suggesting that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko signed a pact with the Devil. “Many irrefutable facts say the ‘Chocolate King’ [Poroshenko] is Satan’s protégé,” Pasichnyk wrote in a January 29 column for Ukraina.ru.
Pasichnyk claims Poroshenko was only able to win the support of Kiev’s Maidan protesters with the help of the Devil. His article says there is evidence Poroshenko “appealed to Carpathian sorcerers” to arrange this deal, though the hyperlink Pasichnyk offers for this claim redirects readers to no such corroboration.
As another proof of Poroshenko’s unholy allegiance, Pasichnyk points to the activity of various sects in the EuroMaidan movement, and the wide range of troubles Ukraine has suffered since Poroshenko took office.
In his column, Pasichnyk says Adolf Hilter allegedly signed a pact with the Devil, receiving unlimited power in exchange for his soul. Pasichnyk affirms both signatures on this document, Hitler’s and Satan’s, are authentic.
Shortly after Ukraina.ru published Pasichnyk’s text, the article disappeared from its website, though it’s still accessible in this screen capture.
In Ukraine today, there is a prevailing fear of being destroyed for one’s beliefs—for one’s faith and unwillingness to take part in a fratricidal war. In parliament, where you’ll also find the illiterate and incompetent “people from the Maidan,” they’re passing laws to destroy all morality and Christian values. All this for the sake of the European Union, an organization run by perverts and enemies of Christ.
