50 people injured in race for autographs from Rammstein lead singer

Roughly 50 people suffered injuries yesterday at a shopping mall in Moscow, where Till Lindemann, the lead singer of the German band Rammstein, signed his autograph for fans.
According to the news website M24.ru, fans started lining up for autographs several hours before Lindemann was due to arrive. Some people even began fainting when the waiting area became extremely crowded.
When Lindemann appeared and started signing his autograph, several fans tried to break through to the music star, injuring dozens of people, who sustained different cuts, bruises, and contusions. Several fans needed medical attention for bloody noses.
The fan group responsible for the public event has apologized for mismanaging crowd control.
