Rotonda: St Petersburg draft offices hand out leaflets listing bounties for killing Ukrainian soldiers
A leaflet called “Special Military Operation Participant’s Guide” is being distributed by conscription offices in Russia’s Saint Petersburg; it lists bounties for “destroying enemy’s manpower,” Rotonda cites an anonymous local legislator.

Bounties are set for contracted soldiers and go as high as 300,000 (€5,200) rubles for destroying a plane. 100,000 (€1,700) is a reward for destroying an enemy’s tank; rewards for killing an entire enemy platoon stand at 100,000, twice as much as for destroying a squad of soldiers.
A similar leaflet was distributed in southern Russia earlier.
The Wagner Group, a paramilitary network of mercenaries controlled by oligarch Prigozhin, offered convicts from two penitentiaries in Saint Petersburg to go to Donbas as “volunteers” to “help detect Nazis,” IStories reported. They were granted 200,000 (€3,400) in cash for serving for six months and amnesty should they survive.
