Senior Russia-installed official of Ukraine’s Kherson region wounded in car blast
First “Deputy Governor” appointed by Moscow in Ukraine’s Kherson region Vitaly Bulyuk has been injured in after a car explosion, Interfax reports, citing the “health ministry” of the Kherson region, Suspilne confirms, citing Kherson Mayor Oleksandr Yakovklyev.

“Bulyuk was injured, indeed. He is in stable moderate condition. The car driver died instantly. According to what I know, a directional mine went off, the car burnt down,” “health minister” of the Kherson region Vadim Ilmiyev said.
He added that the senior official had been taken to a regional hospital.
Yakovlyev also reported that the driver had been killed on the spot. According to the Kherson mayor, Bulyuk was transported to a Simferopol hospital.
The occupation “administration” website reads that Bulyuk is in charge of economic, fiscal, agricultural and tax issues. Ukrainian media say that Bulyuk headed the local customs office before 2015 and was later elected as Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Council.
