Governor of Belgorod: eight wounded and one killed by shelling

In the Belgorod region, as a result of shelling on December 18, eight people were wounded and one was killed, according to reports from the head of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov.

Our air defense system was activated over Belgorod and the Belgorod region. There are consequences on the ground.

Earlier media reports showed footage of smoke in a residential part of Belgorod, as well as photos of shattered house and car windows. According to a local public Telegram channel, Belgorod residents received text message warnings about shelling, and were advised to go into their basements.
