Russian strike on Kharkiv injures 7 people
This is already the second Russian attack against the Ukrainian city in one day
Russian forces hit the centre of Kharkiv for the second time today, head of the local administration, Oleh Synyehubov, reported.
The shelling injured seven people in the Osnovianskyi district, city mayor Ihor Terekhov said, adding there had been unverified reports of one person dead.
A fire broke out on the spot that was hit.

Earlier today, Synyehubov wrote that at around 1:30 am Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with four S-300 missiles launched from the Belgorod region. He said two missiles exploded in the air while the other two hit a road and a stadium in the Shevchenkivskyi district. The force of the strike shattered the windows in a four-storey building, but nobody was injured.
