On the eve of its 12th anniversary, The Insider’s editorial team held its first conference with journalists from Central and Eastern European countries. The event took place in Prague.
The editors brought together representatives of 13 outlets based in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Moldova, Czechia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Lithuania, and Germany to discuss their investigations into Russian disinformation campaigns and the activities of Russian intelligence services.
Among the most notable outlets in attendance were Czechia’s Deník N and Voxpot, Slovakia’s Denník N, Romania’s PressOne and Snoop, Moldova’s Little Country and MOST | Transnistria, Hungary’s Vsquare, Átlátszó, and Direkt36, Germany’s Correctiv, and Poland’s Vot Tak.
