Restore constitutional order,” where Berezovsky actually not only argued that Russians have the right to resort to “rebellion against tyranny and oppression,” but also promised as much as 50 million to anyone who would “detain and arrest” the then prime minister, who seemed to have won the presidential election. And also on February 1, Berezovsky posted “on the Internet site of one of the radio stations” an open letter “To those not born in the USSR,” where he also called. The cases are combined into one proceeding. It was posted on the Ekho Moskvy website, but was deleted a few hours later. At the same time, the editor-in-chief of the radio station, Alexey Venediktov, said that he did not see calls for a violent change in the system in the text, but some users of the site perceived it that way.
