Communist Tuleyev was chosen by the miners by the governor in the bloody Yeltsin regime. Then the miners, sitting on the rails, were workers, protecting their rights. Now, with the vertical of power, the communist Tuleyev considers them enemies of the people and a drunken rabble sold for a piece of bread.

Miners throwing riot police with stones are very serious. This is the most serious thing that happened so far during the reign of Putin, also because the problem is systematic.

In 1996, mining strikes shook Russia.

These strikes reflected the system problem. The problem was that, unlike the oil industry and metallurgy, the coal industry remained the state under the pretext of “special importance”.

Amazing things were happening in the industry: the giant loans of the world bank disappeared without a trace; mines, formally closed, remained acting; “Red Directors” sold coal to the right and left, bandits and metallurgists, not through the company’s office, beat themselves in the chest and shouted: “Coal is the state industry! She needs state money! "

The problem of mining strikes was completely solved when the industry was privatized. Fourteen years we have not heard about strikes. No matter how bad it was, the miners knew that their salaries were growing, and working conditions are improving. And there were no strikes.

After the crisis, the situation changed - and coal mining areas faced the systemic problem of Putinomics.

This systemic problem can be formulated as follows: the salary of the Russian miner is several times lower, and food prices are two times higher than that of his colleagues in developed countries.

Who appropriates the difference and how it turns out?

It is easiest to deal with goods. You can go to any Homag and discover that everything that lies there is imported, from garden money to Yershikov, and the price for this is all two to three times higher than in the USA (I'm not talking about China).
