To the barrier

According to amendments to the capital's electoral code, adopted at a meeting on Wednesday, the entry barrier for political parties in the Moscow City Duma elections is reduced from 10 to 7 percent. Thus, city legislation was brought into line with federal legislation. Unfortunately, this happened after the elections to the capital’s parliament. If such an initiative had been carried out by deputies of the previous convocation, you see, the composition of the new Duma would have been different.
