Leonid Nikolaev, a member of the Voina art group and the Moscow branch of the Solidarity movement, who recently jumped over an FSB car with special signals with a blue bucket on his head, was abducted on the morning of May 28 by unknown persons near his own home. Two cars blocked his way, people in civilian clothes pushed him into the car and took him away. He later showed up at the Kitay-Gorod police department, where he was accused of hooliganism. The unknown people who pushed him into the car without presenting documents were probably not accused of anything. “Echo of Moscow”, from the words of Nikolaev’s mother, reports that before the abduction the police came to them, but they did not open the door.
Later, Nikolaev was taken to court, however, as it turned out, the documents were poorly prepared, and he was released, ordered to appear at the Internal Affairs Directorate on Monday.
It seems that flashing lights are indeed the most valuable thing for our authorities. For their sake, they are ready to completely openly violate laws and norms. Judging by the video that went viral on the Internet, Nikolaev did not behave in the most disciplined manner - he crossed the road in front of nearby traffic, and, indeed, jumped onto the roof of the car and jumped off it. But if the authorities believe that his behavior gives them the right to grab him and take him away without reporting or producing anything, then they are mistaken. We would like to remind you that earlier participants in the peaceful “Blue Buckets” protests were also detained without explanation or presentation of documents.
The war between the population and flashing lights continues. Thus, on May 27, it became known that on May 20, on Novy Arbat, someone in a Mercedes rammed the car of Deputy Minister of Natural Resources Semyon Levi. In order to turn around and go to the Garden Ring, the deputy minister's official Audi turned on the sound and light signals and drove onto the dividing strip (he had to drive through two of them). The traffic police officer obsequiously stopped traffic, but then the Mercedes flew out of the far left lane and rammed the door of the Audi. The driver of the Mercedes shouted: “Down with the officials with flashing lights!” - and, jumping out of the car, the deputy minister began to scold the driver. He explained to the traffic police officer that the 978 series numbers do not belong to the heads of ministries, services and departments who are allowed to use flashing lights.
