Until recently, Boris Gryzlov categorically stated that there could be no talk of a third term for Putin, but now the speaker of the State Duma issued a very mysterious phrase. At the anniversary Duma meeting in St. Petersburg, it turned out that the leader of United Russia is no longer so categorical: “In principle, Vladimir Putin can become president of Russia for the third time, but not in 2008.” Not only Gryzlov fell in love with the idea of 2012 - this is not yet a “third term”, but “maybe” already.
