RESOLUTION

Protocol. Having considered, in accordance with Resolution of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences dated September 9, 2014 No. 110, taking into account the proposals received from the branches of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the issue of restructuring the network of scientific organizations, the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences DECIDED:

Recognize that it is premature to carry out the restructuring of institutes under the scientific and methodological guidance of the Russian Academy of Sciences, without a preliminary discussion of the goals and objectives of the proposed restructuring and without developing agreed upon (RAS - FANO of Russia) approaches to the further development of the network of scientific organizations.
To propose to the leadership of FANO Russia to put into practice coordination with the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences on issues related to the formation of scientific and technical policy, restructuring of scientific organizations of the Russian Academy of Sciences, etc. in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Regulations on the Federal Agency of Scientific Organizations and the Charter of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
To recommend to the directors of scientific organizations of the Russian Academy of Sciences to send, by October 10, 2014, to the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, proposals agreed upon with the branches of the Russian Academy of Sciences in areas and areas of science and regional branches of the Russian Academy of Sciences to develop directions for the development of the scientific network of institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the restructuring of scientific organizations for further discussion with the FANO of Russia and submission to the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Science and Education.
