At the pole to be warmer
It is difficult to overestimate the significance of the latest elections in Ukraine for the future of Russia. But to evaluate them correctly even more difficult.
First of all, Russia will fall on what has long and desperately fought. She will receive a multipolar world. But not when I wanted. And not where she expected.
The “same -sex world” became the main horror story of the Kremlin immediately. The first years of his reign, Putin looked at the West extremely respectfully, so as not to say - inherently. He spoke in German in front of the Reichstag, ate crabs with both Bushi in a cozy Primorsky Kennenbankport and slept in the same tent with Prince Monaco. The legend of the abominations of the “unipolar world” was born on the ruins of unrequited love. Democratic leaders are indecent to mercy with dictators, voters can be misunderstood. But humanly, Putin was offended.
Over time, it turned out that the phrase “unipolar world” has a lot of useful applications. In particular, it perfectly replaced the hopelessly obsolete and disgraced the Stalinist term “capitalist environment”. Yes, at one time it was a glorious hunt! Also, the Washington regional committee did not give birth to a folk ingenuity, and how many Zekov echelons reached out into the tundra, how many Banderallogists were controlled without judges. Alas, having in their immediate environment the “two Jews and Ukrainians”, swollen from Russian budget generously, somehow not to pretend to be Friedrich Engels.
But to the one who is lucky is lucky. With the direct participation of Putin, a completely new recent story was born. After the “catastrophe of the century” (the collapse of the USSR), America, as it turned out, insidiously privatized the world Olympus and threw a meek Russia from it, as a cuckoo squeezed out a defenseless chick from the nest. But the Almighty saved the Third Rome, giving him Putin. Now the chick has grown, has become on the wing (“rose from the knees”) - well, and so on, Putin’s music, Lavrov’s words.
Although many Russians felt themselves again in the usual “besieged fortress”, in general it was a performance at the front door, for the passing public. In the backyard of the late USSR, a tough same -pole reigned. Russia retained all the habits of the older’s sister - grumpy, drury, generous to stupid teachings and ready to slightly slap the nesting non -people with a demonstrative bargain. This focus did not pass with the Baltic states, which immediately renounced both the place in the general system of the CIS, and from gas in cheap, and from the special transnational rudeness that television codes usually justify “jointly spilled”.
But in the communication of other debris of the Soviet world, the samepolarity, with all the tide and tide, remained until the very last days. Tashkent, Baku, Bishkek were capricious and snorted. With an impassive, impenetrable face, Nazarbayev fudged under the table. Prudently, a little Putin will turn away, the envious Lukashenko measured his knuckles. Georgia, after Saakashvili, is still spinning with his ears, but is increasingly looking into the general stall. Under the last “legitimate president”, Ukraine was generally pasted, burst into tears and almost hit the humble bubings at the Spassky Gate.
What a joyless landscape! What a dull bunch of dictators, equally repulsive, like a colony for sexual recidivists. All of them are in eternal fear for their tomorrow. All more or less ignorant. Everyone who is larger, who is smaller, but steal. Everyone is madly tired of their subjects and serve as a scarecrow for subjects of strangers. According to trifles, they can still murmur on the elder, but all the races are rushing to the Golden Horde, as a great Khan will punish a large fee. It is not surprising that their will paralyze the magnetic waves of a single -polar KGB, greased with crude oil.
This world was subjected to a destructive earthquake on May 25, 2014. The elections were pulled out of the post -Soviet ranks - and whom? This is not a tiny Estonia, which has always been a Cinderella in a fraternal family of Soviet peoples. This is not a strange Georgia, where the great feat of the people was a temporary part of bribes in the police. This is Ukraine - the first in terms of territory and the sixth of the population of the continent, except for the huge Russian aziopian, which itself fiercely renounces European kinship.
When the European ambassadors were attending the then President Yanukovych, who fiercely sweating from overwhelming intellectual tension, he fled to the next room and called Putin so that he would not confuse anything in the bustle, otherwise he would get into it. Repetition is excluded. And the point is not that Yanukovych, as our Medvedev spoke out about him, is not a man, but a rag. Medvedev himself is also far from Nordic. The matter is the legitimacy of the leader and national institutions.
Petro Poroshenko was elected President of Ukraine during the most honest, most transparent elections that Ukraine knew over all the years of its independence. Poroshenko himself on all days of the election campaign remained aloof from real power. The duties of the president (aka the speaker of the parliament) and the prime minister were performed by people who were part of the party of his main rival. Not a single policeman or a single judge submitted to the candidate who overcome the peak. Thousands of observers from all over the world completely freely followed their hands on the table and under the table. In Ukraine, during the latest presidential elections, not a single case of the use of an administrative resource was noted. Not a single one!
Which of our Putin-on-Sharbayev-Aliyev and other Kerimovs can boast of such an impeccable pedigree?
But that's not all. Now Petro Poroshenko is 49 years old. If citizens of Ukraine will be satisfied with his work and after five years they will elect him again, no later than at the 59-year-old, still pre-retirement age, he will be on the street with an honorary (or damned!) Prefix “ex”. And again, not a single policeman and not a single general will obey him. And for everything he will be rewarded for his affairs. The monument will deserve - the monument will be awarded. He deserves the ultrasound - you will have to sit.
And he knows about it today. Has not yet tasted the highest official honors, yet (as it will be in our opinion?) President-Elect, he knows that it will be the only way. And he also knows that all these Putins-Lukashenki-Nazarbaevs and other Kerimovs, no matter how they puffed and murmurous the stability of their asses sticking together with the thrones, secretly envy him, chosen without tricks and tricks. And that somewhere in the dark depths of their souls, where they themselves do not dare to look, they will feel with him a set of inferiority, in which they never admit to their torture.
As for the slander and gossip, they fly away from truly selected leaders like peas from the wall. So what about Donechin and Luhansk responded to the elections in an undertone? In 1864, in America, covered by a cruel civil war, Abraham Lincoln was elected, although half of the country fought against the federal government. The southerners called Lincoln a usurpator. But go, look how virzhinsky schoolchildren marble curls of the famous memorial are reverently examined today.
There is another important feature of European rule, which will cause irritation, hostility and even hatred of the ruling post-Soviet elite to the Ukrainian newcomer. Yanukovych, with his golden loaf, with the royal luxury of the fired Mezhigorye, was his own among his own. Who thought how many palaces Putin have? Who knows what sample metal in his toilets on the Bocharov stream? Have you noticed how grease the chairs were painted, on which Alexander Lukashenko and Ksenia Sobchak were sitting during a recent sensational interview? Do you know what kind of cave ALLADINA is the Issyk-Kul residence of Nazarbayev?
I will never forget the face of the younger Bush, when Putin, even before the “unipolar world”, showed him the Kremlin halls, as if bent under the weight of gold hung on them. “Beautiful,” the American president muttered. –Beautiful. " Our newspapers later wrote that Bush was shocked. I think it will be more precisely to say that he was fucked up. The White House in Washington is also not a dwelling for the poor, but for more than two hundred years to anyone and it has never occurred to be hung with jewelry rubbish with taxpayers' money.
Russian television has been feeding Ukrainian plots for six months now. Instead of Penza, Perm, especially Yakutsk - Simferopol and Slavyansk. They say that it is more interesting for ours. But Ukrainian Prime Minister Yatsenyuk invites television and shows his apartment. The apartment is spacious, four rooms, in a good area, however (I don’t know if an ordinary Russian will believe?) At all without a shoe storage. The market value of the apartment in which the second person of Ukraine lives is three times lower than that of our deputy Yarova, who recently escaped into the domestic rulers of the Duma.
The fugitive President Yanukovych, the runaway prosecutor of the pshonka, the fugitive deputy Ivanyushchenko and the other fugitive people that had hungry in Russia left wealth, whose crime does not require evidence. The same flowers and the same oil painted the high world of Russia. Of course, they love their homeland, but to reproduce these feelings there is no need to disturb the poets. Accountants will also cope. It is possible in rubles, tenge, “bunnies”, but more reliable in the freely convertible currency. The post -Soviet elite checked on herself that freedom of currency is the highest of freedoms.
When they come to lower the Bulletin Putin or even Medvedev, they are waiting for pre -selected and three times searched representatives of the workers for two hours. From all other public, including local voters, the surroundings are carefully cleaned. Putin rode on his inauguration along the deserted, as if after Mora, Moscow. In reports from Kyiv, we saw that A. Turchinov and A. Yatsenyuk stood behind their ballots in common lines. The chairman of the precinct election commission did not bring them flowers (at the expense of the budget, right?). Children did not sing, did not dance. Who came before and. O. President, voted earlier. Who later - later.
Of course, none of the Russian channels, of course, showed anything like this, but this is just not important. It is much more significant that in the territory of the former USSR the second pole of attraction grows before our eyes. Ukraine is not an alienated cool Baltic states. Ukraine is the same we are, only something more brave, somewhere smarter and somehow more honest.
Very little time will pass, well, three or four years. Multipolarity in the territory of the former USSR will become a past from a fairy tale. Around the second center, white ribbons, white collars and just the blondes of the whole of Eurasia are consolidated. It will be proved in practice that the abolition of serfdom in 1861 does not necessarily encourage the official to take bribes. It will be actually confirmed that the introduction of European standards in the light and food industry is not subversive activities. And even sawing the budget will completely go out of fashion - except perhaps and according to the doctor’s prescription.
And only the most consistent adherents of stability, remembering how gloriously they lived under the bloody regimes of Putin-Nazarbayev, will grind quietly: and this second pole was given to them! At one it was still warmer.
