What to do? Part 4

In the last material, I wrote that ten thousand people, each of whom will spend an average of 20 minutes per week on their own information activity, would have more than enough to turn the situation on political radio and the Internet. I also talked about why it is necessary and under what conditions it is possible. Who did not read - do it, please, now.

Suppose my proposals began to be implemented. Let's try to imagine what can come of this. First, we will figure out what is the result achieved. So, there are several thousand people in Moscow and other cities (a bad example is contagious), which made it a rule to quite regularly show activity in the media sector. Their aggregate actions are a rather chaotic picture. Different people act in different thematic areas, depending on their priorities. They resort to the services of various information channels. Their actions vary by regularity, perseverance and other parameters. However, this is not a simple chaos. It is educated, although the scattered actions of people, but people with similar beliefs. As a result, we can say that all of them together gradually change the atmosphere in the media space, conquer it with the dominance of their political position. What is important: they not only increase the concentration of their presence, but also clearly feel and realize the result of their actions. This alone is already extremely important.

But the most interesting begins further. Any chaos contains the potential of future self -organization. In this case, there are at least two possible conditions for this. First: the presence of your political position will become so concentrated that it will reach a critical point, after which “crystallization” begins (about it below). Second: events are indignant in this chaotic broth. It is important that chaos is formed by unequal people. Someone is more energetic. Someone, seeing the first result, will want more. Someone, due to random circumstances, suddenly becomes the owner of some useful resource, like time. As a result, this someone becomes a crystallization point, the germ of future self-organization. The fact that I will describe further is not a fantasy, not the use of my knowledge of synergetics. I have already seen something similar, although on other scale.

An excellent environment for self -organization is the Internet. Our potential "embryo" creates a resource (small site), declares a position and goals, offers to participate in it to all like -minded people. Several dozen people for starters are quite real and enough. These people, previously unfamiliar with each other, begin to coordinate their actions in some field. For example, someone sends a message to the forum: “Such a number at such a time on Echo such and such a program. I propose to take it under our control. ” Colleagues agree, and their collective efforts are added to such efforts of still inorganized loners.

Such nodes begin to be created on their own and multiply. Then they are interested in finding each other. Then the stage of coordination between the nodes begins. Then they are aware of their joint opportunities and agree on joint actions. So far, these are all people from the same several thousand as before. But coordination increases the effectiveness of their actions by an order of magnitude, since they can concentrate their efforts at the right time and on the occasion necessary for them. At local points, such a powerful effect is created that it begins to attract the attention of those who have not previously been involved in the creation of the original chaos, which I spoke above. And a new stage begins - quantitative growth. He, in turn, leads to the creation of new nodes. And after some time, instead of randomly communicating with each other, like -minded people, we get a network of nodes regularly interacting with each other, each of which has a resource from several tens to several hundred “bayonets”.

This is power, I will tell you! Such a resource is able to predetermine the results of voting on television programs, mobilize the access to the rally of several tens of thousands of people, organize a campaign of phone calls or letters to the authorities or politicians. Such a resource is able to not only loudly declare a position, but also solve important legislative problems.

In a professional language, the latter is called political lobby. If you think that lobbying is the bribery of deputies, then you are mistaken - it is just vulgar corruption. Real lobbyism, as the head of one of the largest lobbying companies told me in Washington, is an organization and action of coinciding interests. You have matching interests. There is no organization, actions and results yet.

I understand perfectly well that the picture I drawn may seem utopian. This is wrong. Here is a pair of examples.

You all heard, of course, about the unfortunate deceived investors. I was lucky enough to observe a group of people who coped with this problem. These are citizens who have invested in the construction of the Zvezda Russian residential complex in Khimki on the left -Rob.

Like many others, they turned out to be the victims of the scam. But first they found each other on the Internet. Then they organized their site. Then they organized an initiative group and began to act. Now, having imprisoned the chiefs of the Aferist company, they “marked” the district authorities with a new developer, have concluded a new investment contract of such legal quality that it is difficult to believe, and after a couple of months they receive their apartments.

The second example - the new organization of motorists - is familiar to you. There is no need to list their victories over the authorities.

As the new “network of networks” forms, as its effectiveness and influence grows, two new plots will arise. The first, as it is easy to imagine, will be generated by the reaction of the authorities. Perhaps, a bill like "On countering terrorism on the Internet" will appear with the filing of United Russia. This noble name will cover frank measures to tighten control over the network, providers, etc. For the only purpose - to stop opposition activity on the network. But, as is usually the case in life, the network will begin to flow from virtual-electronic forms into traditional organizational forms by this moment. Therefore, the initiative of the party in power will be useless.

The second plot will be associated with the expansion of the directions of the network. Anything can appear here - from housing and communal services to observation of the elections. It turns out that the growth of the effectiveness of your resource will rest in the absence of specific knowledge and skills in the relevant areas. Overcoming this obstacle will be found in the “Location of Bridges” between your network and public organizations working in the specific areas of interest to you. Such bridges can occur simply in connection with the individual participation of activists of these organizations in your network. The other move is also obvious: you find traces of these organizations on the Internet (and they are quite decent there) and begin to build bridges from your shore. Finally, there is no doubt that public organizations will begin to show their interest in you and your capabilities, and therefore will begin their counter movement. I am convinced that the symbiosis of your network with public organizations will significantly increase your overall effectiveness.

So, a change in the atmosphere of radio and the Internet, which will produce your activity, will have several important consequences. Firstly, you will change the atmosphere of media space. Secondly, you will create conditions for the self-organization of your supporters. Thirdly, as more long-term effects, you will find the influence of your activity on public opinion. Fourth, you will find that it is able to solve not only information problems.
