Wanting to turn the entire population of the country into accomplices in the destruction of YUKOS, Vladimir Putin has repeatedly stated that money from the bankruptcy of the largest oil company went to create a Fund for Assistance to Reforming Housing and Communal Services. Russians, they say, do not have the funds to repair dilapidated housing, and the fund will provide support to them. And so, Nezavisimaya Gazeta reports, it was announced that the fund will cease operations in 2013. The federal authorities are stopping allocating funds for major repairs and relocation of citizens from dilapidated housing. Homeowners will have to pay for all this. Obviously, the money stolen from YUKOS was stolen again.
