President Medvedev approved the concept of foreign policy of Russia. Its priorities are declared, in particular, to strengthen international security and human rights. In the approach to regional conflicts, including in the CIS space, Russia proceeds from the fact that "modern conflicts have no power solutions."

The approval of such constructive approaches to solving international problems seems acutely uniform, since right now Russian foreign policy activities raises some issues just about its constructiveness in order not to say adequacy. We are talking about two areas of this activity, namely, the Western and Caucasian. Moreover, it should be noted that these directions converge at a certain far from an abstract point of political space. At this point, the nerve is pulsed by the attitude to Russia by the sane world community. And at the present moment this main nerve is in a bare and inflamed state.

Immediately after the Ball of the Big Eight, on which President Medvedev debuted, without attempts to imitate the branded Putin's brutality without trying to imitate the branded Putin's brutality, and the steps of the already more familiar stylistic properties were followed from the Russian side.

Moreover, they say that on the “eight” everyone, including Russia, agreed on sanctions, i.e. We violated the Convention. We answer in the spirit that they were not that we, or we understood them wrong, and do not sculpt the hunchbacked. And this meaningful dialogue, like any dialogue of two deaf, is endless.

In fact, the independent of what we agreed or did not agree on the G8, to understand that, in addition to the political correctness in relation to the black years, forced Russia to intercede for the dictator that had fallen from the coils, there is a task inaccessible to a dozen mind.

Did you decide to PR from the bottom of the African and other freedom -loving working people? Maybe. But the working people of the whole world in the coffin saw Mugaba. They need him! In general, I want to hope, although there is no confidence that of those who make such decisions we have - and there are few such people (more precisely - two) - no one is going to seriously attack the old Soviet rakes and does not think that public support, in spite of the USA, all kinds of circus freaks, there is a way to conquer international authority and positions of global superpower.

Did not want to create a dangerous precedent of effective international control over the observance of human rights? It is likely. Many analysts are now inclined to this explanation, especially since China’s position is being laid in it. But is Zimbabwe is a precedent? Russia (or China) - and Zimbabwe? As the character of the popular Soviet comedy said: "That gasoline - otherwise children!" Or someday someone in their right mind comes to the head of Russia and China to threaten sanctions for some democratic omissions? With the same, or almost with the same success, someone can get together to win.

In other words, if, obscuring to Mugaba, we protect ourselves, then this is defense at excessive distant borders.

And there is no rational explanation to our sudden surge of love for Mugaba, who caused a quarrel with partners in G8.

But there is an irrational one: simply, without any smart reasons and motives, in our opinion, in a paws, insert in the arrogant, fat, smug-humus Americans. To fill them with a wick to where they themselves are used to refueling everyone. So that they, looking at us, play a point. And they will disappear - and hell with them, let them scream! Dry - stop.

Four Russian combat aircraft were sent to fly over the unrecognized Republic of South Ossetia. Those. According to all current international laws - over the territory of Georgia. On the other hand, they moaned, because they knew that there was nothing to be proud of. And now, it seems, we are proud.

Our Foreign Ministry claims that in this way it was possible to remove the threat of war: Saakashvili saw our planes - and refused aggression. "Tramping Georgians fled." May be. But if this is so, if the Georgians were really very impressed, what exactly made them stop? Did they not suspect that Russia had combat aircraft before? Suspected. This means that they were supposedly affected by the fact that these planes were in their sky. They took this as a direct threat of war with Russia. And retreated.

That is, if we proceed from our official logic, Georgia is not ready to fight with Russia. Afraid. And Russia, based on the same logic, is not afraid and ready.

Not only to ourselves and not only Georgians, but to the whole world, with the meaningless joy of oligophrenics, we announce that without any international legal justification, without any sanctions and votes there, without any UN we are ready to fight with the neighboring fraternal people, with which for more than two centuries they constituted one whole, with which cultures, families, and fate. Ready to fight at least now, so ready that it is already itching - just give a reason.

I admit that I am even sure that in the current Georgian leadership there are also real patriots who are not afraid and even strive for a kind of small war with Russia: they will not have time to kill a lot, and certainly not them, but what kind of noise will rise, and how many political points will be earned. Such cool guys are found on both sides of the Russian state border. But Georgia is very small in size, and in age the country, its numerous, painful complexes are clear to everyone. And, besides Abkhazov and Southern Ossetians, they do not scare anyone. What can not be said about our complexes.

And then, a rare teenager in his golden time of getting up from his knees did not masturbate in the toilet. This is never welcome, but by default it is considered normal. Another thing is if you do this in the square, with an open, so to speak, by the hare and an expression of enlightened pride on the face. So, of course, it will be abruptly, but perhaps there will be envious and ill -wishers who draw certain conclusions for themselves.

Now no one needs to be convinced: planes - both recognized and unrecognized - who flew and will still fly, wherever - Russian ones. And if any military mess begins in the region, then Russia will begin. Because so she, unknown, fights with her psychological problems. Without soaring, he knows herself in front of the admiring public.
