The Moscow Arbitration Court ordered a linguistic examination of the claim of the Inteko company filed against the Russian edition of Forbes magazine, Kommersant writes. Three experts must decide within two months whether the December article about Elena Baturina contained information discrediting the business reputation of Inteko. Earlier, the Chertanovsky Court recognized Inteko’s claim against the chief editor of Russian Forbes, Maxim Kashulinsky, as legal and ordered him to pay 106.5 thousand rubles as compensation. Now another lawsuit from the company against the publication itself is being considered.
