The Sevastopol Economic Court of Appeal approved the decision to remove 22 lighthouses and other navigational and hydrographic objects from the possession of the Russian Ministry of Defense and transfer them to the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine, without the right of appeal. It would seem that the long disputes between Moscow and Ukraine have come to an end: among these objects are four lighthouses, over which two states have been arguing for a long time: “Tarkhankutsky”, “Evpatoriyasky”, “Solodunov”, “Ai-Todorsky”. But the Russian authorities consider their colleagues’ decision to be illegal and intend to have it overturned at all costs.
