The Chairman of the Moscow City Court refused to satisfy the supervisory appeal of the defense of the former head of YUKOS against the guilty verdict. The complaint has already been transferred to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. It must be said that no one is particularly surprised - all the courts concerning YUKOS, and everything connected with it, are carried out surprisingly democratically - everyone always knows in advance how the case will end. Lawyers, trying to prove something, orate, and the judge calmly announces “I don’t see any grounds,” and the case is in the bag.
