A rare case when history is more interesting than the result. If only because the result, in general, was predicted ahead of time.

Three weeks ago, the Committee of protest actions decided to organize a mass action in the center of Moscow on Russia Day. Mass - this is alas! - coordinated “with executive authorities”, that is, with the Moscow Mayor. Because for a disagreed mask action we have, my dear Muscovites, the gut. In any case, so far something is thin.

The reason for her was the adoption of crazy and idiotic (or idiotic-shock) amendments to the legislation, called the “Law of the Yarovaya-Illovo”, as well as the results of the entire legislative range of the Duma in the field of arrangement and “all-round strengthening” of the already completely fascist legislation.

The march decided to spend on the most ordinary route - along the boulevards with a rally on Sakharov Avenue. And they even shifted it for the day from the officiary day of Russia on the 13th (good that the day off), so as not to interfere with state events.

Generally speaking, the committee of protest actions has been organizing mass promotions, experience, and not very, not very, not very, higher than the roof more than once and not twice, but this time everything was not easy. And not because recently the city hall almost on the machine began to refuse to conduct, and not because of doubt whether people will come out. The thing is different: the topic of the action is extra-, the supra-partisan, it applies to all citizens (which does not mean that the entire population). In the current almost election time, it would be strictly incorrect to make it so that it could arise from it as an element of the element of the pre-election PR of any one political force.

And then ... I understand that many readers will immediately have an irresistible desire to count the author with a shameless liar right now, but the fact remains: the organizer of the event was jointly Parnassus, Yabloko and the Committee of protest actions. Who does not believe, can turn to the notification submitted to the city hall - it is written in it in black and white. If anyone mentions such solidarity in recent years - tell me, when was it? But that's not all. Everyone agreed that none of the political leaders would be the applicant - for the already named reasons. And for this, again in the age of all, everyone agreed. Because the applicants were -Sic! - Lyudmila Alekseeva, academician Yuri Ryzhov, writer Vladimir Voinovich, human rights activist Svetlana Gannushkina, director Vladimir Mirzoev, actress Olga Mysina, deputy Dmitry Gudkov, historian Elena Volkova, human rights activists Valery Borschev and Lev Ponomarev and further on the list - only 29 people. I am not able to believe that those who read these lines, their names do not say anything and do not cause respect.

But the city hall, as it turned out, do not say anything! And what kind of people are these, the city hall is unknown to anyone. Because otherwise the mocking answer "Would you go to Maryino!" I just could not have arisen. No, of course, I could have arisen-I just really do not want to agree and accept for a given that all these people, as well as you and I, are simply documentary, no-worthy “off-balance liability”, without which the city hall is certainly, but most likely the state, in general, would be much more comfortable. And let's be honest-86 percent of people, according to the passport of our fellow citizens, too. We all have to take into account this. But we agree with this completely or not - it depends only on us.

I will still say what depends on us. In the meantime, about the development of the plot. I must say that the applicants were obstinate and wrote to the city hall an answer in which they indicated that the “argument” of the city hall regarding the fact that the procession and rally “violate the functioning of life support objects, transport and social infrastructure, will interfere with the movement of vehicles and pedestrians” and, in general, “violate the rights of citizens who do not participate in the event”, and is in gilding contradiction with the constitution and the legislation of the Russian Federation, the obligations of the Russian Federation arising from the European Convention signed by Russia on the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as the case decisions of the Human Rights Court, which is binding on Russia, and came out with the proposal of five (!) Alternative routes in the center. In addition, all conceivable and inconceivable calls were made and papers were directed to conceivable and inconceivable addresses (there were even strict disputes in relation to many-but to contact these addresses?) In order to force the mayor's office to conduct negotiations, generally speaking, expressly stipulated by the law.

The city hall’s response was an unsubscription, the summary of which boils down to one phrase: “We sent you to Maryino? So go! ” The city hall addressed this boorish paper thereby 29 people respected by us and all civilized world. We, the world - but not the mayor's office and not at all our country. Because these people are accurately (unlike all the ceilings in connection with the rehearsals of parades, with the conduct of pouts, with unrestrained “reconstruction” of Moscow streets) will violate the functioning, access and even rights. By the way, those who refused them voluntarily and with songs - I'm talking about the notorious 86 percent, if that. Because the true meaning of these, unfortunately, of the correct, reliable numbers is not the share of the power or president, but the share of voluntarily abandoned responsibility. For himself, for his country - for our, by the way, the country! And along with the responsibility of those who refused freedom.

In Maryino, of course, no one will go. So there will be no march. Maybe it will never be again. In any case, it will not be until we ourselves force the authorities to retreat. How? And so: now no one else will simply give any notifications before making sure that there are a sufficient number of citizens who are ready to compete for a march or rally. Do not wait for the result of the struggle, sitting on the couch, but to fight yourself. There is - excellent, but there is no court to nothing. This will simply mean that 86% turned into almost 100. that no one is ready to compete to save our country, rapidly flying into the abyss of complete collapse and degradation. Because it only seems (more precisely, it is only so self-damped) that there are any other ways of struggle-there is no long ago. All that is left is the street. Or it remained, and now it was, but it swelled.

And the failed march will never be a march.

Of course, while the “spring-ray law” or which one has not yet been adopted, there is a chance to leave. Throw everything and simply dump.

Also a choice.

But even lucky ones - do not deceive yourself, it still won’t work! - Even the lucky ones who have time to jump on the footing of the last train that was serving in normal countries, even these lucky ones will not be able to not throw their eyes back. And sooner or later he will cut it to the heart: what a native country, what a beautiful country we ourselves gave Vertukhaev with our own hands! With your own hands, your indifference, your laziness, your cowardice. Because we will give it out, if we wait for someone to decide and do everything for us, and we, prudent and sober, will come to ready and safe. Or, like some terribly opposition parties and their leaders (who are interested, calculate by exclusion), who are ready, if the success of others, to be in the front row with the largest spoon.

PS Yes, what about June 13? And on June 13, a certain number of people decided to go to the national memorial Boris Nemtsov on the Nemtsov bridge. Considering the right day of Russia to pay tribute to memory and respect to one of its best citizens. From the metro "China City" at 16:00 on the route already walking once.
