No one knew

Some power in Chechnya has finally emerged - the survey, which so outraged President Alkhanov, was finally stopped. Citizens were given questionnaires asking them to choose between Prime Minister Kadyrov and President Alkhanov. The President, as it turned out, knew nothing about this, Kadyrov declares that he is also “not in the know.” Apparently, the Ministry of Press of Chechnya itself wanted to find out who the people prefer, for general development, so to speak. The scandal that was brewing seemed to be hushed up... Judging by the strained relations between the two leaders of Chechnya, apparently, not for long.
