All that she can say in this case: people die everywhere, in a pre -trial detention center. And if they die at home, in their native bed, then in a pre -trial detention center they die all the more. And that a pre -trial detention center is not a scaffold, but not a sanatorium. And that 50 dead in the capital's pre -trial detention center is a lot, but against the background of thousands and thousands that were sitting and sitting there are no more reasonable. Such a position. You can consider it cynical. Although in their own way the comrades are right in uniform. Indeed, not a sanatorium, the people really think everywhere - and so that he would not die in a pre -trial detention center?

Another group of citizens will rightly draw attention to the fact that the directors of Kudoyarov are already trying to put on a par with Magnitsky. Although, as I understand it, the pumping scheme through the elite school of millions of sums is no longer a secret. There, in the south-west of the capital, generally an interesting life. Kudoyarova’s lawyer says that his client was kept in the isolator, because there was “some Petrov” in the same district that escaped, and, they say, because of this, Kudoyarov was not released. But Petrov was not "some", but "the same." The same Konstantin Petrov, who, being a school principal, built a mansion for $ 20 million with awkward luxury and created a system, as they say, similar to the Kudoyarov system. Parents paid the school gigantic amounts for admission and training, and the director of the director turned into Klondike. That is, it is not necessary to represent the deceased as an innocent victim of arbitrariness.

But here we approach the main question. I am ready to believe that Kudoyarov is a clever fraudster, that the case against him was not in vain. But! Whatever he was a criminal, he did not deserve death! Namely, death became the result of his stay in jail. The story with Magnitsky is repeated, about the tricks of which the prosecutor's office loves to tell us. Yes, even so! If only he was an attacker! But you sent him to the next world! Despite the fact that we do not have a death penalty even for the most cruel crimes.

Magnitsky was deliberately killed - otherwise he would bring all this gang into clean water. Kudoyarova, frankly, doubt that they deliberately destroyed. But this is not a softening circumstance - rather the opposite. So, the system is that a person can die in a pre -trial detention center just like that! Because they will not pay attention to him, because there will be no doctors, there will be no drugs, there will be no appropriate instructions or something else routine. It is like an ambulance, which is called urgently, and it arrives in three hours - because there are no cars, there are not enough brigades, there are many challenges, etc. There is no evil intent, but there is an evil system. 50 who died this year in a pre -trial detention center is the overwhelming majority of not a victim of the regime, but a victim of a system for which a person is nothing more than consumable. What a suspect, that the criminal is an honest citizen.

Did the doctors and the bosses of the isolator do everything to save Kudoyarov? Here is the number one question.

What is wrong in our investigation system that people are systematically dying, not having lived before the trial? Here is the second question.

Should people like Kudoyarov be in custody for months, for such articles and accusations? Here is the third question.

And there is another question regarding this matter, as it were indirectly, but in fact - directly. What is wrong in our education system? After all, it would be okay by the teacher, but also the parents by the mountain for Kudoyarov, and for the fluent (but living!) Petrov. I know some personally! And they say that they do not make a difference who to pay for training - the main thing is that they are satisfied with the quality of this training. That is, people are not crazy. They carried these hundreds of thousands of rubles of his own free will, knowing that they invest in a good education for their children. Parents agree to pay, they are happy to receive schools. And the state from this chain is excluded. The teacher remains along with the doctor - a householder in a house. Meanwhile, huge amounts in the field of education circulate in different directions, unaccounted and uncontrolled.
