A new hearing of the “Ullman case” is scheduled for December 12. This decision was made today at a meeting of the North Caucasus District Military Court. This is already the third trial of the case of four servicemen of the Federal Forces accused of murdering six residents of Chechnya. Captain Eduard Ulman and his subordinates have already been acquitted twice. And twice the Main Military Prosecutor's Office filed a protest, and twice it was satisfied. Now a professional court, without a jury, must decide what it was: military necessity or murder.
