This resembles a joke about the husband who enters the bedroom, sees four legs that stick out from under the blanket, and exclaims: "God, again this damned unknown." How does it turn out that even such an obvious case ends with a “damned unknown”?

I think this is because in Russia a very simple rule acts, which in this case is formulated as follows: the question of who is to blame for the accident with the participation of Vice President Lukoil is decided by the vice president of Lukoil.

So, in front of us are corpses, broken lives and people's health. But maybe these people (including Kozlova and Mother Ikonnikova’s mother) are to blame for some crimes robbed by their tormentors? Maybe our fair, but adamant justice cannot pass before individual victims when it comes to observing the law?

Alas, people who are on the other side least resemble ministers of the law. Oper Knyazev, one of the participants in the investigation group in the Chichvarkin case, is the person whose signature flaunts on the fake act of the destruction of Motorol, who, under a knowingly false pretext, were seized from the Euroset, and then not destroyed at all, but sold from under the floor.

Oper Filippov from the KO Directorate was a stagnation to receive a bribe of 200 thousand dollars. But our authorities do not notice this point blank. Why?

Because the unwritten law states that the question of the guilt of Yevgeny Chichvarkin will be decided by people who took Motorola from Chichvarkin.

By a happy chance, there is another criminal case in which the investigator Kuznetsov and the criminal Markelov appear together. This is a criminal case of a certain Fedor Mikheev, who was suspected of assigning a 100 million VTB loan. The investigator Kuznetsov called this to Mikheev for interrogation, and then, right from his office on Petrovka 38, brought Mikheev down and handed him to his hands to the criminal Markelov, who was abducted by Mikheev. (The financier Dmitry Klyuyev was also constantly mentioned in the negotiations as Dima.) Mikheev was eventually imprisoned; And the investigator Kuznetsov explained that he hid a valuable witness.

What am I going to? If we have a business in which the investigator Kuznetsov led Fedor Mikheev from his office and handed him to the criminal Markelov from his hands, then it is easy to assume that the papers seized during the search by the investigator Kuznetsov came to the criminal Markel from the same investigator Kuznetsov.
