The frankness of the head of a neighboring state cannot but captivate. We haven’t heard anything like this from Putin, although in today’s Russia the FSB, of course, is a holy cow. Because in Russia this department performs the same function - it protects the government from attacks by the opposition and society. So is it possible to put it under the control of this very society?
