If they earn money, then why suddenly such a number of different people should have the same hobby - to adjust the movement? This detail would not be worth attention if the traffic police did not become generally accepted in the entire system of the public service of Russia, and not only in this system. So generally accepted that they practically stopped paying attention to him.

For example, the situation with Irina Belenka, her ex -husband, a French citizen, and their little daughter. Over the past weeks in Russia, almost all the conceivable aspects of this story were discussed. Active participation in it was taken by Russian diplomats, headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Justice, the Public Chamber, the investigative bodies, and other structures of the Russian Federation. The only ones who are related to the topic are silent is the border guards. And no wonder - if they normally fulfilled their official duties, the whole story would simply not be. If anyone does not know, according to the current rules, one of the parents cannot take the child outside the Russian Federation without a notarized consent of the other parent, even if all family members are Russian citizens. I think that it would be easy for the relevant services to find out who and at which border point allowed Mr. Andre to take his daughter. But no one does it. And, apparently, it is no coincidence.

The non -fulfillment by civil servants of their duties actually reached a peak. One of the consequences of tandemocracy is that not one of the participants in the tandem really fulfills its direct duties. Putin clearly does not work as a prime minister, he is no longer even a president and not a national leader, but practically a prophet broadcasting that the whole world is jealous of us. It is curious that these words, which are very reminiscent of the paraphrase of one of the main North Korean songs about Kim Il Sene (“We do not envy anyone in the world”), were the central moment in a speech formally considered a report in front of the Duma. Found what to report about ...

And even more so Medvedev clearly does not work as president. He does not manage the country and does not make the necessary key decisions, but builds some multi-layer combinations, sends complicated signals in all directions and leaves direct answers to the simplest questions. It behaves even more sophisticated than the Georgian intelligence officer who has taken the secrets of preparation for the Winter Olympics - 2014. Although, on the other hand, the Georgians also want to spend the winter Olympics in their subtropics, and how to spend it in this climatic belt - an exclusive Russian secret. But what the President of Russia hides, I can’t even imagine.

It is most upset that a number of those who often have the honor to be counted for the opposition, too, after the tandem, traffic cops and border guards, do not behave quite naturally. I’m not even about those to whom Medvedev sends signals at a personal meeting - the leader of this group Ella Pamfilova managed to lead herself so that Alexander Porobinek did not expect. She refused to come to the Echo of Moscow, because one of the leading was not delighted with her, chairman of the Council for the Development of Civil Society Institutes (!), Explanations in love for special services. Apparently, he believes that these services are institutes entrusted to her care.

But after all, those who do not go to the Kremlin in order to “loving” to tell the president about security forces are sometimes very surprised. Inozemtsev and Krichevsky published the text in defense of Putin from Nemtsov and Milov. In addition to the fact that, from my point of view, their arguments are quite doubtful, the question arises: why? Why does it seem to be respected independent experts to catch fleas in a report on much more important issues? Why do Medvedev’s supporters defend Putin? What, there is nothing more to spend on an intellectual resource and political fuse? I don't understand.

Just as I don’t understand the Milov himself, who, analyzing the Chisinau events in Vedomosti, reproached those liberals who regrets violations in the election of the President of Russia 1996. They, they say, wanted the Communists to win-but what is happening under the president-communist Voronin. Well, it’s just a pile, to put it mildly, stretches. We did not want the victory of the Communists at all, we wanted honest elections. And they were not. It was not then, and did not become after them at all - until today. And no one claims that if then the elections were honestly and, for example, would defeat Zyuganov (which is also not obvious, because the elections were held as passed, and the outcome of the elections that were not unknown to anyone), it would be better. It would not be as it is - that's for sure. Maybe better. Maybe worse. But for sure - otherwise. And, be that as it may, the causes of the prevailing hypothetical situation would be more democratic honesty and fewer lies of some liberals, most now supporting the Chekist regime.

But the main question in connection with this replica is a colleague in "solidarity": why? Do we have no more important problems now? Are our tasks now? I am sure not.

True, in Basman ... that is, there are people who do what is necessary, and as it should. Of course, these are not prosecutors. Those have already been so declined that sometimes it seems that they would get into the conditions of a normal adversarial process, they will not be able to prove that Sechin is the head of Rosneft. This is, first of all, Khodorkovsky and Lebedev. They fulfill their duties as expected. Duties are civil, human. The responsibilities of the side of the trial, in the end. We can say that in this place they do their job well. I hope not the last.
