So, maybe this is an assessment of the work of the authorities?

In short, snow fell in the country. Winter in our cold power, as always happens, happened completely suddenly. Not December 1, but November 29. Two days earlier! Horror! A lot of snow fell in Russia - who would have thought! And the center of all this was the M10 highway, specifically - its Tver section. A traffic jam of tens of kilometers. Thousands of cars stood tight for four days. Well, how - the snow fell out!

And what did we see? How did the authorities solve the problem? Oh, the authorities were not confused. The food of people was established, tents were lifted and tents spread out, drinking water delivered, doctors arrived, the leadership of the Ministry of Emergencies will monitor the situation, flying around the plug on a helicopter (cool, yes? Such a cork has formed that its helicopter needs to fly around!). They even reported that psychological support experts arrived there! So let's just imagine a situation for a minute when psychologists should not be sent to a fire, not where earthquakes, floods or, God forbid, a terrorist attack-but in a cork! How much strength, how many resources, how much creativity! And all this because in the Tver region at the end of November snow came, but no one expected it!

We will add to this the picturesque details of how all this diverse assistance for the mass did not reach anyone, that the television channels and the Ministry of Emergencies were engaged in frank lies, saying that cars were moving at a speed of 50-60 kilometers per hour, while the track continued to stand tightly.

We will not forget you, ordinary inhabitants. And specifically those who hold roadside cafes. After all, these people are not aliens - they are the same as us. They always have a clientele on the highway. Because on the highway with the service, mostly is not very good. These people are not at a loss. But now they could earn even better. The clock of the clock is a thousand are thousands of suffering. Unless the reserves will end, and it will be necessary to rack your head how to bring a new provision. But in principle, the situation for merchants is great.

But these citizens decided that it would be even better if the prices are raised 4-5 times. People really got into trouble on the road not by their dope, and out of viper circumstances, they became hostages not to skillful management of the heads of responsible services. They carry products to us to our cities, other necessary goods, for days they stand on the nerves, in the cold and hungry, with small children, and they are five times a five -time price for the miserable plate !! What do they have guilty of the Lord restaurateurs, etc. They forgot the commandment of God "may the giving hand not be impoverished."

Yes, these are us. The first reflex, when people fell into trouble nearby - to cash in on this misfortune. But you can argue about the egg and chicken for a long time. That is, to talk on the topic: we are such because the power brought us, or we have such a power, because we made it? However, the simplest fact is indisputable: in the winter it was snowing, and the Tver authorities could not clean the roads, establish movement and help people who fell into this trouble. And I can argue that the governor of the region will remain the governor. Is it to blame for the fact that in the winter the snow went in Tver, and even in such an unexpectedly large quantity?
