The results of a survey conducted by the Public Opinion Foundation indicate that Russians want to regain the right that they were legally deprived of when voting in elections to Moscow and some other regional parliaments of the country. 58% of respondents are confident that a voter who does not want to vote for any of the candidates or parties participating in the elections should not ignore the elections, but vote against all of them.
