In recent weeks, in connection with the convulsion of the collective brain of United Russia, which gave rise to a bill on a multiple increase in fines for violating the rules of the organization and participating in mass public actions, the Kremlin media undertook to intensively lay under this idiotic and extremist bill “ideological justifications”. Therefore, every day, at least three main television channels, we have the happiness of hearing discussions about how in Europe and in the USA, without ceremony, they disperse the demonstrations how severely punish the organizers of such mass actions or their participants for the resistance of the police. In addition to the fact that a significant part of this information is direct lies and fraud (on which representatives of Putin’s propaganda are constantly caught, but for them all God's dew), there are several most important aspects behind the scenes of such plots that change their eyes in the root.

Yes, indeed, in Europe, the USA or in the developed countries of Asia, a violation of public order (as far as I can judge from the perspective of not a specialist), whether it is a dog’s walk in the wrong place, exceeding speed by a motorist or a rally that creates serious interference of citizens' life is punishable (so far) is much more serious in material terms than in Russia. The attack (and not resistance to “legal” requirements) on a police officer is punishable with approximately the same severity. In Europe, and in the USA, and we have it a criminal offense.

And now all kinds of "but" begin. There are several of them.

In those countries that lead us as an example (it is strange why the first channel never takes North Korea or Cuba as an example-a comparison with them would be much more profitable), fines for violating the rules of mass rallies or demonstrations are somehow binded to the overall level of society. That is, if the average income in the country per capita is 2000-3000 euros, then the size of fines commensurate with this income (and not by an order of magnitude or two superior) look logical. In addition, these fines do not threaten any participant in the mass event, but only to actual organizers or participants who behave clearly anti -estate.

In those countries that cite us as an example of mass propaganda, there is an independent and objective court, only after the decision of which citizens can be sentenced to a fine or other punishment. And if in court it turns out that during the detention, the “troublemakers” did not comply with the procedure or exceeded their powers, then the conversation will already be about violation of the rights of a citizen and punishment of the police.

In those countries, about the acceleration of mass performances in which Katya Andreev, Peter Tolstoy, Mikhail Leontyev and hundreds of others like on TV, on the Internet, not a single (!) Participants of mass performances, for some reason, question the legitimacy of the power that he opposes. No one will even think that she received authority as a result of dishonest elections. The speeches are related to the fact that parts of citizens do not like what the legitimate power does. And they thus want to persuade her to take into account their opinions. We have in question (and even under what big!) The very process of coming to power of all the click that is now stubbornly trying to explain to us that there is more than two is illegally.

And now a little about the possible consequences of adopting amendments to the law on rallies, etc. It is impossible to imagine that these dragon measures will lead to a complete calm of a frightened society. Because when protesting pensioners, state employees (and they will appear in large numbers after July 1, when tariffs rise) will live much worse, they will go out into the streets. Because the authorities do not offer them other ways to achieve their interests. And they will not care whether a fine of 30 thousand rubles or 300 thousand threatens for this - for them both of these amounts are equally unbearable.

Lyrical retreat. To United Russia.

Remember Marx! After all, most of you once promoted his teachings to the masses! Did you never read it at the same time? But how can “have nothing to lose, except for their chains”? You are now purposefully with your, to put it mildly, dubious law, just such a class. What is interesting - a class, built not on the principle of social prosperity, attitude to the means of production, but a class that you, power, form yourself on the principle of attitude towards you. And in it - representatives of the workers, intelligentsia, employees - yes everyone who you are trying to prohibit breathing now (I have no doubt that the next law after adopting this will be the law on insulting all its forms. The prerequisites are evident - too retreating performers generated by the system you created, are already arrested by the sneezer to the light face of the Foresteenth). What next?

And then this is what. If the authorities try to make this law strictly observe, then she simply does not have enough police forces to punish everyone who violate him. And not because you will have to winger and fine wedding processions, anniversaries, laying flowers to the monuments, graduation evenings, “Last calls” and paratroopers with border guards. Even if you imagine that a couple of hundred people went out to the street (it doesn’t matter - to give hot water, which is not three months old, or finally fix the way, because it is impossible to get to the house, etc.), then, according to this law, all of them, scoundrels, should first be in Kutuzka, then to the court, and then - to be fined from 30 thousand to 300 thousand rubles. All! Because if the rally was not announced in advance to the administration, then it is not agreed. So, according to the law (which alternatively gifted party members are going to accept), everyone who participates is guilty.

To imagine the feelings of a person who went to the rally, because he was taken out by a negligent housing office, and as a result he became an offender and owed the state 30 thousand rubles, I will not be taken. But, I think, a selected mat and hatred of the entire “vertical” is still the easiest option. Worse, if a spontaneous face begins. Even worse - if the massacre is not spontaneous, but quite conscious: "Both the king is with us, so we are with the king."

Another lyrical digression. Again to United Russia.

Apparently, your collective mind is dead or death (it is clear that it was not without reason at the beginning of this text that an analogy with convulsions came to my mind). Otherwise, one could come up with a way not to adopt this law, but drown it in eternal considerations, amendments, clarifications, etc. In general, gentlemen, power, all this will turn against you. But I don’t feel sorry for you. You had thousands of opportunities to remain decent people. You yourself professed them.

PS They say that the former President of Egypt Hosni Mubarak, sentenced to life imprisonment, when he was sent to prison, cried and shouted: “Great God, I served this country!” It is possible that he sincerely believed that, having corrupted and securing his people, he served the country. Well, and authoritarian rulers are rare fools.
