About 200 thousand metropolitan pensioners will lose the "Luzhkov" allowances. Moreover, they will actually be fined. Somehow, the Pension Fund suddenly translated and brought to the attention of the capital's power that these two hundred thousand elderly citizens not only received pensions and allowances for them, but also worked in parallel. And this is not good. So the allowances are not laid. Sergei Tsoi, speaking of these pensioners, was extremely frank: “But they had to understand that, taking these money that he had not laid out to themselves, they, not wanting that, took it away from others - the same pensioners as they! Today the question arose that this justice is restored. ”

It’s good that the Luzhkova associate does not accuse the pensioners of deliberate theft of fellow rubles and kopecks. But I have a few questions. How is this possible in general that 200 thousand people are either not taken into account, or somehow not taken into account and the money went “not for its intended purpose”? How long did it happen? It is not clear what is meant when they say that pensioners were taken away from someone. If, due to the fault of working pensioners, the other old people did not receive allowances at all, I would understand. But they paid them to everyone, all the same, and the size of these payments did not depend on whether pensioners work or not. Allegedly 7 billion went to erroneous payments. Otherwise, they would all go to increase pensions or what? Surely not!

Yes, thank God that this money went to those who really need it! Thank God that we have no Soviet practice, when a person could receive either a salary or pension and in no case together - both. How - what if a person gets rich! Is it too fat! It is good that pensioners will not take everything “stolen” at a time. There was such a case with one familiar grandmother, who, by some mistake, accrued more than the applied, and when after a few years (!) This was revealed, then they were punished not those who were put in the accounting department, but an old woman! And she had to return to the state an amount equal to her income in a couple of years! And are there few such cases?

In Moscow, they will do more humane. They will subtract gradually. That is, they actually lower the pensions for people - compared to the rest. Perhaps, from the point of view of some higher justice, this is correct, but from the point of view of the fairness of everyday? Pensioners are the poorest, the most defenseless layer of the population. Even in Moscow, even taking into account the allowances, they receive so much that with this money you can only exist, but not live. Live in the century, hoping that there is enough money for medicines. Therefore, those who have the strength for it work. But the vast majority of working pensioners work on low -paid work, and their pensions are not space pensions.

Well, since it turned out that they paid them something over the plan, well, leave everything as it is! And put the order with the documentation. Our population is not too savvy, especially older people. They do not really understand who and what to notify about. And even if anyone understood everything, but specially did not take any bureaucratic actions, then I will tell you that. From their very birth, their native state was only engaged in what robbed them and something took away. And, hunching in our country, they received a handout from her under the guise of a pension in their old age. And now the state barked and paid a bit from above. It is guilty itself. What fell - it was gone. Leave it as it is.

Yes, I suddenly thought: why, in principle, we need to deprive these allowances of working pensioners? Let people have the opportunity to have any money in the declining of years. And the Moscow authorities are acting. Either they ask to abandon penny children's benefits, then the elders are taken away from the elderly. All the gaps are closed. Yes, they would better take half the percent of their income from officials! The theft would be reduced by half a percent! All the shortage would be more than compensated!
