Putin hung Chubais

So, the Rostekhnadzor Commission called the reasons for the terrible accident at the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station-they could not withstand the fastening of the hydraulic unit cover. As a result, 75 dead and a destroyed station. The guilty in the largest technogenic disaster in recent years are also called. The name of Anatoly Chubais, who almost ten years ago signed the acceptance certificate of the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station, is listed in this list under the number “One”. However, it was built much earlier, in those days when Anatoly Borisovich was not yet the general of the industry and even, I think, did not plan to become them someday. But the Soviet chiefs, apparently, were more appropriate and careful than Chubais - none of them put their signature under the permit document. Apparently, they understood that sooner or later troubles could not be avoided. But Chubais put it. However, he is still sure that he did the right thing. Say, "it was little known, but the energy sector for many years was forced to work with high risks: the available resources were enough only for the most critical nodes of the country's energy systems." Strange, if you think about it. And, of course, completely Bolshevik. Because the risks of risks are discord. If I understood correctly, then Anatoly Borisovich, tearing a shirt on his chest, “in the interests of the case” signed the document and risked the lives of dozens and hundreds of people. (And I don’t even want to think about what could have happened in the event of a breakthrough of the dam.)

However, the screech of "Chubais in prison !!!" Leave Zhirinovsky and his faithful electorate. We understand that the signing of that document was a pure formality - the station worked before Chubais. I must think, no one would stop it if the head of the RAO UES of Russia in 2000 defiantly refused to visize the dubious document. Nevertheless, the Rostekhnadzor commission declares Chubais the main culprit of the disaster. (After all, once in the first place in the list is his name, it means, of course, he is the main one! And no one will convince us of the opposite.)

But the question is: when the head of this supervisory department, Mr. Kutin, appointed Chubais the main responsible for the death of people, he acted at his own discretion, or nevertheless consulted with someone? So, given that Anatoly Chubais in the current political situation is absolutely unique and special, I think, the choice of the head of Rostekhnadzor is not accidental. And, I almost have no doubt, not independent.

In this regard, the following question arises, which is probably worried about Anatoly Borisovich himself: what, indeed, can he, saying the language of the current Kremlin, “close” him, and in other words, is it really possible to put him in prison? I think it is unnecessary to explain that such a threat to Chubais can come from only one person in the country and the world - Vladimir Putin. Then I foresee a flurry of indignant remarks. Say, why is Putin to deal with those who have served him for ten years and put on the altar of this ministry not only his legendary and almost mythologized professionalism, but also a reputation for a person of liberal views, an ideologist and designer of almost all post -communist reforms in Russia? In addition, there are not many people surrounded by Putin with human faces in order to scatter them, as they say, "you live for great." However, why are you "living a great?"

We know that Vladimir Vladimirovich is a person - as it were softer to say - pragmatic. Therefore, all these salivious “faithful ten years” do not matter. The only question is, is it useful for Putin to plant Chubais? However, in this form the question is not formulated too accurately. It’s more correct - when will the optimal moment come for reprisal against Chubais? And the answer on the surface is the most acute period for the authorities. We just need to be aware that any repressions regarding such an odious person as Anatoly Chubais are amenable to dry mathematical analysis. And it is completely possible that at some point, when the next billions of dollars should be thrown out for the next Pikalevo, Putin will decide that time has come. That, having planted Chubais, he will save so much and will receive so much and get a break for such and such a period.

Does Anatoly Borisovich himself understand that the prospect of acting as a sacrificial lamb is quite real for him? Of course he understands. Another thing is that it is too early to talk about specific dates - Chubais is only nominated for this prize. However, a lot can already be clarified in the near future, when the prosecutor’s reaction to the report of the Rostekhnadzor commission is followed. So far, however, prosecutors said that the conclusions of the commission will not have “decisive” significance for them. In other words, there will be no automatically criminal case against Chubais. Which does not at all exclude this outcome based on the results of the investigation of the prosecutor's office itself.

If this happened, the Russian liberal public will immediately defend Anatoly Chubais. And, of course, he will do the right thing. Because if Chubais is betrayed to the court, then it’s not at all for the fact that he will be incriminated. But, in fairness, we note that Anatoly Borisovich himself knew what games he played in. And most importantly - with whom. In a word, his fate is his personal choice.
