Problem: I want to solve the socially significant problem of the official registration (protection) of the results of intellectual activity in the field of humanities and the support of the pre -order process.
The relevance of the problem is due to the fact that the current Russian legislation does not determine the protective results of intellectual activity obtained during the research work carried out by humanitarian scientists. On scientific reports, articles, monographs, scientific and methodological manuals, etc. Certificates of a state model or patents as inventions, useful models, industrial samples, etc. cannot be obtained. The above means that it is more difficult for humanities to organize the protection and protection of products of their intellectual labor than representatives of other scientific spheres. This puts the humanities in a socially unequal position compared, say, with representatives of natural or engineering sciences.
The proposed solution to the problem is that, on the basis of the results of humanitarian intellectual activity, their protective analogue is created, for example, in the form of databases or computer programs, which can be obtained by Rospatent's certificates that determine the author (os), the copyright holder (it) and priority (date of filing an application).
In addition to solving the indicated social problem, the proposed solution allows you to simplify the passage of the pre-defendant process for humanitarian-using degrees: for example, the certificate of Rospatent on the topic of the dissertation is counted by sociological dissertation councils for 1-2 publications in journals included in the Higher Attestation Commission.
