How did Tesak die?

Political preferences should not affect the results of the investigation

On September 16, the body of Maxim Martsinkevich, better known in nationalist circles as Tesac, was discovered in the investigative insulator No. 3 of Chelyabinsk.

He was 36 years old, for which he accounted for four criminal records. The first three - in part 2 of Art. 282 ("The excitement of hatred with the threat of violence"). In the fourth sentence, issued in December 2018, was no longer only Art. 282 of the Criminal Code, but also Art. 162 ("robbery"), Art. 167 ("intentional destruction or damage to property") and Art. 213 ("hooliganism"). The Grandmother's Court of Moscow sentenced him to 10 years in prison. Within such a severe period, the court appreciated the attacks on people whom Marcinkevich considered pedophiles and drug dealers. After partial decriminalization of the 282nd article, Martsinkevich counted the sentence of punishment, and he was supposed to be released in May 2021.

True, the prospect of a new criminal case has appeared. Martsinkevich allegedly wrote a confession about a crime committed back in 1999, when he was only 15 years old. It was in this criminal case that he was transferred from the Novosibirsk colony to Moscow. So he hit the pre-trial detention center No. 3 of Chelyabinsk, in a four-seater chamber, in which for some reason he was alone.

SK declared the presence of Martsinkevich’s confession in several more murders in the 2000s.

The lawyer of the deceased Alexei Mikhalchik does not believe in the suicide of Martsinkevich: “nine, he had a lawyer who said that he had been tortured for the last three months, forced to sign some appearance with confession in the murders in Moscow of the 1990s. I think that these are all links of one chain. It is necessary to check. I have very serious doubts about the fact that he did it himself. ”

Back in 2014, Martsinkevich himself, being in a pre -trial detention center, wrote that he was not going to pass away: “I am not going to finish the suicide life in any case. Meanwhile, already on September 16, a few hours after the discovery of Tesak’s body, the FSIN quickly said that "the doctors team held resuscitation measures, but it was not possible to return it to life." The Office of the IC in the Chelyabinsk region also quickly spread the official message: “At present, the investigation has no reason to believe that the death of the prisoner is criminal.”

This is a convenient version. If there was nobody in the cell and a corpse was discovered, it means that this is suicide. But I would not exclude the version of bringing to suicide, and possibly even murder.

Photos of the deceased Tesak have already appeared on the Internet. I was surprised by one circumstance: in the ears of Tesak - cotton wool. And this leads to suspicions: Martsinkevich could die in a dream. The fact is that in the investigative insulators, the prisoners, as a rule, sleep, plugging their ears with cotton to muffle the sound of a working radio road around the clock. So that or , the ears do not plug with cotton.

And Tesak had no special motives for suicide. He was waiting for liberation, which, I repeat, was only eight months. He planned after liberation to leave Russia, abandon citizenship and engage in a "cultural project of a global scale."

Maxim Martsinkevich and his, let’s say, the activities were deeply unsympathetic to me, like many, but this does not mean that his strange death should not be investigated. Because prison cameras are not a place for suicides.
