This same Kabuki syndrome (unless it is it) requires special treatment. Patients with cable syndrome are treated not like patients with cerebral palsy. And not like patients with other genetic diseases similar to cerebral palsy.

Only no one knows if Vika has a syndrome of Kabuki.

Vick could help. It is unlikely that she would have spoken someday. But there is a chance that she could sit down, get up. And most importantly, learn to chew. It would be much easier for her if she learned to chew.

Only for this you need to find out what she is sick. This is her syndrome of Kabuki or some other similar syndrome. You can find out, for this you need genetic examinations.

In Russia, they are done, these examinations. But Vika needed to live nine years before a competent doctor was found who sent her to these examinations.

Now, in a couple of years ... just for these examinations - a queue. Two years. You can still make examinations for money, but Vikina’s mother has no money. And she can’t earn in any way, because Vika can not leave Vika.

So you have to wait for the line for two years. This is not good because Vika will blind.

Progressive blindness could be stopped, if only to know what kind of genetic violation causes blindness. But we do not know, because the examination ... queue ... money ...
