No one else asks the question: "What are the elections during the war?!" Heavy elections, yes. But over the past year, so many events occurred in the country that seemed impossible to be impossible that there is simply no time for a long getting used to changing conditions. Stop - you will lose everything. Moreover, the Rada of the 2012 model is the last of the institutions of the authorities, which was inherited from the Yanukovych regime.
Her dissolution and reboot was required by the Maidan. However, the “old” deputies refused to introduce amendments to the electoral legislation in accordance with the current moment. Therefore, the participants of the ATO, including the most active, politicized part, are in the zone of armed conflict, the soldiers of the volunteer battalions, will not be able to vote, unless, of course, they will not come up with any version of the CEC and the Ministry of Defense for them.
The fighters should be doubly offended. Indeed, in the lists of all self -respecting democratic politicalsil there are either battalions or cult, like Nadezhda Savchenko, the heroes of the battles in the east. This factor, experts say, is able to influence the decision of voters. A patriotic impulse that resulted in a powerful volunteer movement, and the desire not a truce, but a world, not thin, but victorious, determine the mood of a significant part of citizens in the center and in the western regions.
With other adjustments made by life itself, I had to come to terms. In the annexed Crimea, as well as in Donetsk, Lugansk and a number of areas captured by separatists, the elections will not take place at all. This is minus thirty majority districts (elections in Ukraine are held according to a mixed system). Therefore, the parliament of deputies will not be 450, as before, but only 420. "Until the moment the Ukrainian flag is again called over the occupied territories!" - emphasize the one -party members of Petro Poroshenko.
The new opposition (ex-regions and a number of marginal party formations from among the opponents of the Maidan united in the opposition block), on this occasion, had to change the rhetoric on the march twice. At first, they, in unison with the Kremlin, called everything that happened in the country a coup and declared a fundamental unwillingness to take part in the further affirmation of lawlessness. However, the fear of being beyond the board of the state machine turned out to be stronger than the principles ... Then the opposition speakers tried to tumble on the usual field - as expressors of the mood of the country's industrial regions, primarily Donbass. But they came across unambiguous threats from the leaders of the DPR-LNR: do not open your mouth, so to speak, we will shoot, if you plunge! (On November 2, the separatists plan to elect their own parliaments in the territories controlled by them.) As a result, the rhetoric of the opposition bloc is built on criticism of everything that has been done and not made by the “Maidan” authorities, but moreover, on the predictions of future disasters from the course for European integration.
It is characteristic that the new opposition, in contrast to other blocks and parties, whose leaders Petro Poroshenko, Yulia Tymoshenko, Anatoly Gritsenko, Oleg Lyashko and others became “faces” of campaign campaigns, carefully avoid personification. It is possible that once again not to remind of his degree of proximity to Yanukovych, from whom they disowned. But they appear modestly, with the intonation of the masters-named people: "Experienced leaders will protect your interests."
Direct electoral competition to the “experienced leaders” is the former deputy prime minister of the former government, Sergei Tigipko, who once again revived his “strong Ukraine”. The second number is oligarch and General Valery Khoroskovsky, who recently stated that he did not see any signs of aggression from Russia in relation to Ukraine.
Among sociologists, no less stringent professional rivalry unfolded, expressed in the obvious scatter of data. Some groups of researchers argue that, overcoming a 5 percent barrier, 8 political parties out of 29 participating in the race go to the parliament. Others insist: only 4 forces will break through. The unity of conclusions is observed only in the fact that in leading positions there is a block of Petro Poroshenko. Moreover, the era of the Communists in the Rada ended. The communists are almost not visible in the race. At first, they, like the regionals, threatened to ignore the elections, then came to their senses, but the sponsors have already invested funds in other lobbyists ...
But as the rating of a radical party, which was recently considered a phantom and a political joke, is growing on yeast. Laughter (not yet through tears) that the party’s ratings alone are provided by its creator Oleg Lyashko, the local clone of Zhirinovsky. A mixture of offensive populism, anti -market, in fact, socialist slogans, nationalism and speculation in the opinion of “ordinary people” on any issues of the universe turned out to be nutritious. Lyashko selects voices both in the leftist forces and “Freedom”.
The noticeable and understandable desire of the associates of President Poroshenko to receive a majority in the Rada and concentrate in the same hands all the levers of power, executive and legislative, confronts the “Phoenix” represented by Yulia Tymoshenko. Julia, contrary to forecasts, returned the lost positions and even intends to sit back in the premier chair. True, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, whose “Popular Front” goes to parliament, is not at all ready to concede him. Players are united by a desire not to let Anatoly Gritsenko for the barrier “civil position”. But the pre -election "parades of the planets" do not change the essence: Ukraine parliamentary finally leaves the orbit of Russia.
