Mikhail Valentinovich Kovalchuk reported to the president that a device is launched, which is a unique installation for conducting scientific research of a completely sky -high level, as well as a basic installation for technological breakthroughs in the field of creating new materials and new technologies in the energy, fundamentally new drugs and biomedical technologies. Participants in the meeting noted that by the mid-2020s, Russia will be able to satisfy the entire world demand for neutron research. I admit that the interest in the reactor of the peak will be so great that foreign scientists will try to get there by hook or by crook, and, it is possible, Mikhail Valentinovich will even have to strengthen the security around the perimeter of the object.

This meeting also said many other important things, in the end, Vladimir Vladimirovich gave the government to prepare and accept a new state program of scientific and technological development. But the attention of the townsfolk was not attracted to these really important and fateful things, but to the performance of a young researcher from Novosibirsk Anastasia Proskurina, a prize laureate for young scientists. Anastasia did not find anything better than complaining to the president of her low salary. Like, I am a senior researcher, and I have a salary of only 25 thousand rubles, and the allowance is small. And in general, there was not enough money to fulfill the “salary” decree, so the employees were offered to switch to half -time. And then she spoke out in support of the RFFIF: the necessary and important grants, they say, will disappear when the RFFI with RNF will disappear.

No, I do not argue, Anastasia Sergeevna is a qualified specialist who received important results in an extremely significant direction. After all, they just won’t give a prize with us! But a narrow specialist, as you know, is like a flus. And she has no understanding of the complexity of life, various angles and aspects. A complaint about a low salary is still the discovery of America: we have little people who have no grounds for complaints about their patch. And if everyone at any important meeting begins to cry, then everything, write disappeared. The continuous cry of Yaroslavna will be instead of a business discussion.

After all, why do you need responsible meetings of such a level as the Council for Science and Education? In order to make a review of our achievements, report on successes, set new goals. To instill in all optimism and faith in our victory. Imagine that everyone will begin to complain and our favorite president will be forced to listen to all this. After all, he already plows like a slave on galleys, and then the people will still bring down to him, to spoil his mood. It’s not even an hour, it’s tired of all this to Vladimir Vladimirovich and he will leave the responsible post. And Russia disappeared: Western colleagues and partners with giblets will eat us, Crimea will leave for Ukraine, Kurili - Japan, and Kaliningrad - Germany.

This is what every sane Russian should be afraid, and not a lack of money for expensive things and an elite rest! After all, it is quite possible to live for 32 thousand. Not to mention the fact that Mrs. Proskurina received such a salary in January 2021. And last year she received more, and even more in the one before. And a solid prize will come to her soon. So personally she has no particular reason to complain.

And there is another aspect to which I want to draw your attention, dear colleagues. When we publicly complain about problems, we pour water on the mill of our enemies. Which are much to present the case so that everything is bad in Russia. And the performance of Anastasia Sergeevna at a meeting of the Presidential Council is just a gift to the enemy. Navalny himself, I think, rubs his hands with pleasure in his pre -trial detention center. How: before the whole world, it was, in fact, it was said that statistics on high salaries of researchers are cunning, in reality there is not enough money and many scientific employees are now working half -time.

Do not understand me so that I call to refuse to discuss problems. Yes, we still have some problems and disadvantages. But you need to put questions not before the cameras, but at various specialized working events where journalists do not go, as well as in written appeals to the leadership. No need to chase cheaply popular! And even more so do not upset our favorite president.
