In Primorye, QR codes were introduced suddenly half a month earlier than the promised. New norms hit both institutions and visitors

New norms - that “without a piece of paper” is impossible, including for a number of specialists to go to work - in the region they promised to be introduced from November 15. They gave time to everyone to get used to two components. And people really went to vaccination points. But then the third wave broke out (which, by the way, had been repeated by federal experts and local doctors for a very long time), and the measure of motivation turned into a mode of restrictions.

An announcement of new covid restrictions in Primorye flew completely suddenly and brought more grief than good.

On the afternoon of October 29, at 13:00, the regional government announced that already from tomorrow, “when visiting the publications, cultural and sports institutions and sports, citizens must present QR codes on vaccination or the disease received through“ public services ”. In addition to QR codes, gyms, cafes and cinemas accept certificates of honey detergents (clearly established sample; however, few people are given now).

You can still everywhere if you are not yet 18 years old, but according to your passport or birth certificate. Moreover, this applies not only to visitors - to employers “in the field of catering, culture, physical education and sports, the activities of which were not suspended according to the decision on the introduction of an increased readiness regime in Primorye” were banned to allow employees without code or certificates. Well, to the heap: the catering now should work from 6:00 to 23:00. So far, they do not tyranny with checks, they look at violations through their fingers. But from the 15th, they will definitely begin to “gest”, representatives of catering are sure.

The victims of the QR codes fell income and "goner".

The Munich beer restaurant in the very center of Vladivostok, which did not go very well, with the introduction of QR codes completely closed-and now the organizers of the 60 seconds, which regularly held games there, are looking for a new site. And in a city with spacious establishments with a democratic price tag, ready to let the players for the whole evening, tense. Games go online or generally cancel - unprofitable, not all "experts" managed to vaccinated. Of those who wanted, of course, in the intellectual community there are ardent anti -pristes, which are now in some confusion and anger: on the one hand, I really want to play, on the other, “to prick in myself” (sorry) I really do not want to. True, they would still have to solve something, albeit from the 15th.

However, the cafe is not empty. In an Italian restaurant at the border I join the company who came earlier - I will pass without question. In some places, away from the center, everyone does not care. The more “democratic” the institution, the less chance that they, in principle, know about some codes. Criminations in the system also happen: visitors complain about social networks on the “Lakomka” cafes on Komarov Street-they did not let them, saying that the QR codes are fake. To make it clear, the ladies-the employees of the bank, and they were depressed in voluntary and compulsory order for vaccination.

Bars and hookahs are open and work, they are fine, codes are mainly not required.

After 23:00, you can also stay, but already behind closed doors. Technologies have been worked out from last year, when the establishments allegedly closed and worked as if only for removal.

“Guys, we are already closed, but you can still sit. The account is not necessary to pay now, you can later, ”the young administrator of the beer reports. In the institution - ten people, no one thought to disperse.

“After 23:00, we leave the institution only through a reserve exit, we go the same, there is a call there,” the bars reported in one of the popular bars. Another bar, more expensive, go four. I am vaccinated alone. The rest show the same QR code, which a friend shared.

Fastfood Networks KFC and McDonald's, knowing that they would be the first to get under checking, they approached the matter with all severity and put up employees scanning QR codes that pass visitors in masks at the entrance (can be removed immediately, as elsewhere). The passport is not asked. If there is no code - only for removal, order and payment right there, at the entrance.

-And the point of introducing these codes or something else if people crowd at the entrance and there is no question of any distance? - Lawyer Maxim Chikhunov asks a reasonable question. - Why does [the employee at the entrance] accepts money without being a cashier specified in the check? Yes, probably because all these decrees are only the creation of visibility: they say, we are introducing restrictions, and creating problems to entrepreneurs whose income “cracking at the seams”. Yes, because everyone understands that small and medium -sized businesses will simply die.

Sports were oriented quickly, because they were ready by November 15. Visitors are asked for a code, driven into the system - and the next time it is already possible without it. But this applies to large networks. Small gyms and rocking strokes both let everyone go.

“I decided that I would have time by November 15,” says Marina, young mother. - I go to the gym, sometimes we go to the cafe with my daughter. And besides, I am working as a tutor, sometimes I also meet in a coffee shop with students, we have such spacious places where you can, without interfering with anyone, spend an hour or two. I have already done the first vaccine, and wait until the second week ... And it is somehow insulting that the authorities once again changed the rules of the game and spit on everyone. It resembles the throwing that we had in April last year, when everything just began: at first some SS are introduced to the exit of the house, the next day we canceled, then the observators for visitors, then canceled, then closed everything, then opened ...

But to whom is the war and to whom the mother is relative. Local entrepreneurs have already expressed their attitude to the new norms of existence.

For 2000 rubles, you can print a white T-shirt with the inscription F*CK OFF, where instead of a star your individual code of the Covid-19 vaccination certificate will be.

“The T-shirt is intended for wearing in a cafe, sports halls, shopping centers and other public places, when visiting which a QR code is required,” the announcement said.

Opponents of vaccination or those who cannot be insolent due to illness, surgery or have found a reason in a lack of time, still do nothing and complain. Previously, the doubters could still ask for the "satellite of Light", but now it is only for revaccination or vaccination of the ill. There are those whose first impulse began to “quit”, but so far, in reality, no one, due to the vaccination with a work book, has launched the employer in person.

Although in the Jewish Autonomous Region, 15 ambulances refused to vaccinate in Obluchye, referring to the fact that they already have antibodies (all also work in a covid hospital), and wrote statements. The situation is in the process: doctors will not be allowed to work from November 15, they refuse to back down.

Of course, there are more announcements on the sale of QR codes in the “public services”. “Pour” and doctors - it seems that they themselves then do not work at night in covid hospitals ...

So, in the School Central District Hospital, the police revealed the sale of fake certificates. The head physician Mikhail Moldovanov was dismissed, ordinary health workers threatens for such matters before two years of imprisonment. In the summer, the same fake medical books found Ussuriysk in the city hospital. “In the framework of a previously initiated criminal case on the fake of medical books and vaccination certificates in the city of Ussuriysk, a set of investigative actions and operational-search measures was carried out. The facts of receipt by employees of the healthcare institution in the Skutovsky district of monetary reward for falsification of vaccination certificates were established. During the searches, documents testifying to the fictitious vaccination from the coronavirus of thirty citizens were removed from the officials of the Central District Hospital, ”said Irina Syrov, head of the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Primorsky Territory.

And the dragon measures in Primorye, of course, turned out to be unpopular, but much more effective than the draws of valuable prizes among the inhabitants of the region. Note that the incidence in the region is very bad. About 2500 beds are equipped in the covid hospitals of the region. In reality, there were much more patients with the “crown”. Every day is a new anti -record, on November 4, 314 cases of infection have already been identified. 7590 people are sick right now (1276 died since the beginning of the epidemic). Since November 4, outpatients have been operating on weekends.

Today in Primorye 553,288 people have already made the first vaccine from the Covid-19, the regional government said. There are 200 vaccination points.
