Deputies of the State Assembly of the Altai Territory are very careful people. So, on Wednesday, parliamentarians decided not to work at all. The reason for the forced day off was a rare astronomical phenomenon - a total solar eclipse. The first session of the State Assembly of the new convocation was to take place today in Gorno-Altaisk. However, this important event was postponed to Friday.
