Indivisible Sea
The 25th round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine on the delimitation of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait ended in nothing. Of course, it’s all Ukraine’s fault – it’s the Kerch Treaty of 2003 that it doesn’t like, and it’s Ukraine that changed its mind about assigning the status of international waters to the Sea of Azov. Why do we need international status? Why do we need Western experts? We'd rather talk until we're stupefied. Therefore, if Ukraine remains with the unresolved issue of borders, it may not be accepted into NATO yet.
