"The reason for the refusal is not explained, they do not put forward any requirements," the headcade says.
At the same time, the situation in the colony is characterized as “completely controlled”, and information about the mass riots that occur there is declared inconsistent.
The head of the regional Federal Penitentiary Service of the Internal Service, the head of the regional Federal Penitentiary Service, went to IK-46. For his part, a member of the regional PMC Alexander Anikin wrote that he also went to the colony with colleagues in the commission. The Ombudsman of the region Tatyana Merzlyakova also left there.
