"Kushchevsky syndrome"

Is it time for us to talk about the occurrence of the next “syndrome”, this time “Kushchevsky”? It happens to us periodically: something happened out of the ordinary, and immediately similar messages begin to come from all over the country. Each day the Gazelles fell in an accident, the cops were ugly, then the children were tormented, then the nursing houses burned, then Pikalavo. And it is clear that it was not suddenly that they all began to fight at once, to get too close, burn and bend into city -forming enterprises. Just went the syndrome.

After the incident in Kushchevskaya, we already know about the Gus-Khrustalny, exhausting under the fifth bandits, and other geographical names in the press flashed. And what do we understand from all this? You can now say as much as you like that even the smallest incidents will be inflated in the interests of raising circulations, in anticipation of elections or to improve criminal reporting. And all these options, of course, are possible. But will we really believe that the game in Kushchevskaya is one of a kind? What is nowhere and nothing like that? What is the hell on Earth, the pole of crime and the center of evil?

Yes, for sure the country is full of the same "gangster republics"! And as it often happens, everyone knew about everything for a long time, but in order to talk about it out loud, it was necessary to happen something exceptional - three families were cut out, they killed children, including breast. And only then the people suddenly became interested in the fractions of the bandits, power and police and the transformation of crime into a real, genuine, legitimate and only power! Not 12 people would have killed, but a 5 or not killed children-and so all this would have happened somewhere in a parallel world. After all, Kushchev residents lived so as many as 15 years - and nothing!

The central moment of all this horror was, of course, Bastrykin's arrival. Gloomy joke: "Kushchevskaya is the safest place now in Russia." There are more police in the village than Stanichnikov, investigators from Moscow - a whole car. The most important investigator - and he arrived and personally conducts a reception. So even in the face of such a force, with the attention that is to this matter in the whole country, on all channels - people do not believe! Army! For them, even Moscow, even the most important investigator is not protection. Because crime is stronger than the most important investigator and stronger than Moscow! Bastrykin will leave, and the gang will remain. Because real power is not Bastrykin and not a distant capital, but a gang. Because a gang is not the 9 people who have already been calculated. These are dozens of people at large! To stop the gang, it is necessary to clean the entire local police to the last person, and preferably all local officials! Cut under the root, remove the soil, carry out full deactivation. Only then there is still a chance in this particular corner of the Russian Federation to restore the law. Otherwise, citizens simply will not believe that what happened almost 15 years will stop in a couple of weeks. It never happens.

The situation in the goose-khrustalny, perhaps, is not so terrible. There people were not afraid to complain. True for fidelity - no longer Bastrykin and not even Medvedev, but the only intercessor - Putin. But the essence is the same. Between people, with their despair and the God -like ruler - nobody and nothing. As if they have no local authorities, as if there is no police. And they really are not. Because the police throughout the country is a mixture of a commercial enterprise and a punitive detachment, and the word "policema" will soon be very to the face. The police are an organization that not only does not protect anyone, but serves as a mushroom mushroom and a greenhouse for crime.

And there is still a power that no one chooses, which cannot be legally “canceled”, which does not report to anyone and is not obliged to anyone. Power and the police have endless powers and a complete lack of control over themselves. And these uncontrolled and infinity are comprehensive not only in space, but also in time. None of them have been constrained from their places for years. Unless another “hillock” with his brave arrives.

In this situation, people are nothing more than an object of oppression and a source of enrichment for the police and power. And the people are obediently tolerate. Until somewhere somewhere, as in Kushchevskaya. So far, lawlessness is no longer completely unlimited, almost like in Tarantino's films. Then everyone will suddenly see and a new "syndrome" will appear.
