The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry calls on Russia to strictly comply with the provisions of the agreement on the status and conditions of the presence of the Russian Black Sea Fleet on the territory of Ukraine, in particular, the provisions regarding the locations of the Russian Black Sea Fleet military personnel. After the command of the Black Sea Fleet transferred an armored personnel carrier to the lighthouse on Cape Sarych, Ukrainian diplomats said that they did not want “such provocative steps as the movement of military equipment to be used to create.”
