Katyn-2
The wall of the Polish embassy is littered with flowers. On TV, the “Katyn” was allowed in the prime time. National mourning has been declared in Russia, Putin personally disposes of the sending of bodies in the tent, and condolences in Polish are hanging on Medvedev’s website. For the first time in many years, I am not ashamed of my country. If we always behaved like that, there would be neither the August war, nor the “gas”, nor Katyn-2, and Russia would enjoy the same respect among its former colonies as the British Empire.
Imagine that shortly before the Ukrainian presidential elections, in order to finally finish off an unpopular and helpless Yushchenko, Prime Minister Putin decided to knock out the main trump card from his hands, his personal theme was the Holodomor. And he recognized Stalin’s personal responsibility for the Holodomor ... to Prime Minister Tymoshenko.
And these two, three days before the memorable date, flew to the places sacred for the Holodomor. But Yushchenko was not invited, because, in fact, this was the goal: to finish the rating of Yushchenko. Make him a mediocre nationalist who does not know how to negotiate. And since the airfield to which the premieres flew was military and dead, the equipment was even brought to it to ensure the normal planting of Putin.
And all the newspapers wrote that Putin repented the Holodomor. And then, a few days later, to the same airfield, already empty, flew by a ridiculous, unrealistic president Yushchenko, whom the premieres did not invite with him, although the Holodomor is his personal, sore subject.
And then Yushchenko’s plane crashed.
Introduced? This happened: not with Ukraine, but with Poland. (About the fact that to ensure the safety of Putin and Tusk’s landing at the airfield, something was imported, and then, of course, they took away-this was the only time for the time on the air of the “Echo of Moscow”, from the calling pilot.)
Relations between Russia and Poland - two Slavic nations, one of which lost the battle for hegemony thanks to its anarchy, and the other crushed the first thanks to autocracy - the last three hundred years have been completely bad. The Russian power of the Poles cut, hung, referred to Siberia and lured to its side. There was only one thing that the Russian authorities did not do: she did not hate the Poles.
Peoples never hate those whom they conquered. They hate when they conquered them.
Everything changed with Putin: in the actions of the Kremlin, everything is more obvious by the topic of some small, dirty hatred of former colonies. To Poland, Georgia, Ukraine. November 4 is an extremely dubious date, when the Poles were allegedly expelled from the Moscow Kremlin, suddenly, four hundred almost after a long-forgotten event, it was declared a national holiday, and not even some kind of, but, in the best traditions of double-commissence, the day of reconciliation and consent.
Then there was an unpleasant case with the beating of Polish hooligans of children of Russian diplomats. It seems that the Kremlin mixed up the meaning of the word "empire". The empire is when Suvorov drowns the suburbs of Warsaw in the blood. And when specially trained people beat diplomats on Moscow streets, this is not an empire. This is a punks.
But, of course, Katyn remained the most important issue regarding the two countries. The Russian authorities behaved with relatives of the dead Poles as brazenly as with relatives of doctors crushed by Vice President Lukoil on Leninsky Prospekt.
In 2006, the main military prosecutor's office refused the relatives of the executed and even refused to provide the case with the case of the case, saying that most of the 183 volumes have a “secret” vulture. In October 2008, they were refused by the Khamovnican Court, and in January 2009, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. Then the relatives turned to Strasbourg, and the main military prosecutor’s office sent completely amazing paper there, from which it followed that she, the prosecutor’s office, had not yet proved that in Katyn once they shot someone. (“It turned out to be impossible to obtain information regarding the execution of the execution of specific persons, since all the notes were destroyed and it is impossible to restore them.”)
In parallel with this, the media controlled by the Kremlin conducted an offensive in two directions. Russian readers were inspired that, firstly, the question of who shot the Poles, “still open”, called not to “hang the labels” and “start a serious discussion” on the topic who, they say, still shot Polish officers, Stalin or Hitler. Secondly, the Kremlin PR managers insisted that Katyn is a historical retribution for the Red Army soldiers who were scored in prisoners of war camps after the war with the Belopolaki.
In an interview with Natalia Narochnika, Komsomolskaya Pravda, published on the eve of Putin’s visit to Poland and an unprecedented scandal in Poland, it was even said that these camps served as the Germans prototype of the concentration camp. That is, firstly, we did not kill the Poles, and secondly, there was nothing for.
And suddenly, in the spring of 2010, all this, as if on command, ended. On TV, instead of Narochnitskaya, they showed the “Katyn” of Vaida, and Putin went to Katyn with Donald Tupskoy.
What happened?
The answer to this question will easily give the one who reads The Wall Street Journal for April 8, 2010 - that is, the day after visiting Putin and stupid Katyn.
“The entire gas industry of Poland and the US special representative on energy issues gathered for a shale gas conference, the sponsors of which were Chevron, Exxonmobil and Halliburton. The US gas giants will begin explorations of shale gas in Poland in the next few weeks. In case of their success, the energy of Poland, its environmental problems and even foreign policy can completely change. ”
Here, in fact, is the answer to the question. The whole new imperial policy of Russia was built on the fact that we have our peaceful Gazprom, and we will stuck the pipe of our peaceful gas pipeline to the Poles in the same place as the Ukrainians.
And in the spring of 2010, the Kremlin abruptly realized that the shale gas committed a peaceful gas pipeline and that if you do not take measures, then perhaps this Poland would export gas to Europe. And that the leadership of Poland must urgently lure to their side, because the question of shale gas production in Poland is, of course, political and very much depends on which party will win the following elections.
The “Law and Justice” of Lech Kachinsky, a fierce nationalist, populist, anti -communist, a person for whom Katyn is his personal pain and who personally comes to Katyn with a private visit every anniversary. Or Donald Tusk’s “Civil Platform”, the rational pragmatist who is ready to be friends with everyone, of course, the President of Kaczynsky, because these two do not even talk to each other.
And three days before the day of memory of the victims of Katyn, two premieres - Putin and Tusk - went to Katyn. They arrived specifically in three days so as not to invite the President of Kachinsky and be able to get ahead of him.
And there Putin knelt down in front of the cameras. And the world was so shocked that not a single Western media noticed his little reservation about the Soviet Red Army soldiers tortured in Polish captivity (I argued with my friends that Putin could not be without this reservation).
And three days later, on the present day of memory, the Polish President of Kaczynsky flew - an unpopular, desperate nationalist who, according to surveys, played any candidate in the second round in the second round. He took with him the entire Polish elite in the hope of killing his private visit to the visit of a dusk that he hated by Putin and he understood that his visit would not have any effect: these two were already perplexed.
And when he was told the “fog”, he certainly gave the order to sit down. Because there was already such a case when the President of Poland flew during the Russo-Georgian War, along with the presidents of Ukraine, Estonia and Lithuania on board, in Tbilisi, and he was told that the Russians could bring down the plane and we must sit in Azerbaijan.
And then the President of Poland made a decision appropriate to the president: he ordered to sit in Tbilisi. And the court commander made a decision appropriate to the commander of the vessel: he landed the plane in Baku. Then Kacinsky spoke at a rally in Tbilisi and said: "Today is Georgia, tomorrow - Ukraine, the day after tomorrow the Baltic states and, possibly, my country." Then the Polish Foreign Ministry stated that this is the “personal opinion” of President Kachinsky. Then Prime Minister Tusk, whose reasonable laws Kacinsky by that time were applied by the Veto, awarded the pilot for landing in Baku.
And on the morning of April 10, knowing that in Russia they did not want to see him, President of Poland could not help helping a landing plane. It was not tyranny, not barking: these are drunken envoy in Russia, shooting from a helicopter at the mountain sheep. This was the result of everything that the anti-communist, the nationalist, the new Kiakushko, the new Sikorsky, the man in whom the parties of Poland pulsed the 1772nd, 1793, 1795 and 1939, the uprising of the 1794th, 1830 and 1863, the Molotov-Ribbentrop, Katyn, the Warsaw Uprising, the “solidarity”-the President of Poland Lech Kachinsky thought about Russia.
Kachinsky did not believe in any fog. For him, “fog” was just Putin’s political reception, which, on the eve of the Polish elections, concluded an alliance with a stupid one, as Catherine hired Bratnitsky or Pototsky - among the Poles scanty, there were always enough people who wanted to receive the rank of infantry from Russia.
And the fog was just fog. Sometimes fog is just fog. The land is damned there.
