Two new directions appeared in the structure of federal support of territories. Firstly, a regional development fund is created, which is supposed to send 5.2 billion rubles. This money should go to finance federal programs for the development of regions, social investment programs and to provide additional assistance to highly subsidized subjects of Russia. Secondly, the regional finance development fund is created, 1.9 billion rubles. From which it is planned to be directed to reform the organization of the budget process in the regions.
