The governor of the Belgorod region, Evgeny Savchenko, ordered to put all bomb shelters in the region on alert, to purchase personal chemical protective equipment for each resident, and to train enterprise personnel in civil defense methods. According to the governor's decree, all bomb shelters - and there are about three hundred of them - were to be ready by July 29. Considering that the region borders on Ukraine, and “anti-NATO” hysteria continues in Crimea, Belgorod residents are sure that the governor is preparing for war with the “orange”.
